Re-occurring meetings

i have created re-occurring zoom meetings for every tuesday in 2024. When I add to outlook calendar, it only adds the first occurrance.  I did this last year and had no problems.  Any suggestions?

Zoom Attempts to Schedule a Meeting When the Send Cancellation Button is Clicked in Outlook

I had a user that was attempting to cancel a Zoom meeting on her Outlook calendar, but when she clicked to send out the cancellation, Zoom would try to schedule another meeting from there.

Any thoughts?

Zoom version 5.14.15434

I disabled the Zoom add-in in Outlook and that seemed to resolve the issue, but we have a lot of users that utilize this.

Zoom email activation link expired

Hi ,

 

I created a User from Zoom API 

 

I received an activation link for how may days does the acitvation link remains vaild?

 

My link is showing expired aft 20 days of creation.

 

I clicked on resed link even that is showing expired

Hi,

I work for a client whose given me delegated access to his Google Calendar (I don't have to log in using his own Google credentials). So my setup right now is I still log in to my own Google Calendar and use my own Zoom account (I believe I have the basic version).

My client has asked me to set up a Zoom meeting for him which will of course be added to his Google Calendar.

However, my problem right now is that my only options when I manage my Google Calendar, is to set up a Zoom meeting using my own account, which has very limited features: a waiting room that will require for the host to manually allow participants to join in (I won't be in the Zoom meeting), and most importantly, a meeting that has a time limit (the client's meeting could go past 2 hours).

Is there a way that allows me to set up a Google Calendar event using my client's Google Calendar that's delegated to my own Google Calendar, and my client's Zoom account? That way, he'll be the host to the Zoom meeting, and my only involvement is to arrange the Google Calendar event.

I'm hoping you can help me out.

Resolved! Removing meeting from calendar with no owner

We have a meeting set for one of our Zoom rooms that no longer takes place there. The owner of the event is not available to cancel it on her calendar. As a Zoom admin, what can I do to remove that recurring event from the room?

MAPI Calendar Integration

Curious if anyone else has seen this. I enabled MAPI calendar integration. (We have on premise Exchange servers) After I do that, when I reboot, Zoom launches and then it fires up Outlook. 1/2 the time Outlook comes up and says it hates life and need... Show more

Curious if anyone else has seen this.  I enabled MAPI calendar integration.  (We have on premise Exchange servers)  After I do that, when I reboot, Zoom launches and then it fires up Outlook.  1/2 the time Outlook comes up and says it hates life and needs to open in Safe Mode.  When I turn off MAPI calendar integration I don't see that issue.  So I'm pretty sure it's related.  We're on the latest and greatest Zoom VDI Client and Outlook plugin versions.  Just me?

We have Enterprise zoom, Outlook365, using latest Outlook client.

About 6 months ago, I noticed there was a zoom update - and this is when the calendar stopped syncing.

The issue is me and my business partners receive outdated popups for calendar events that were rescheduled or cancelled.  I see people joining meetings that don't exist or were moved, and I am joining meetings where nobody is present.  A huge time waste.

I followed the suggestions and saw that calendar sync was already on. I turned it off, then back on and then the syncing worked, for about 5 days, then it stopped again.

 

I went back in to the calendar sync option and it was on - but it was greyed out, so I couldn't turn it off and back on again.

 

I created a ticket with our internal zoom support and they said that this setting was hardcoded by Zoom, not our administrators.

Needless to say calendar sync has not been working since.  Now there's no way to turn it off and back on so it works.

 

Anyone know what's going on here? I posed the same question to Microsoft.

Our IT help desk says the solution is to manually change the zoom meeting every time a meeting is moved or cancelled.  This is too much work.  The application used to do this automatically.

 

When will we have a fix for this?  Its been 6 months now.

I have a user on our Enterprise account using Outlook for calendar/mail and Edge as his main browser.  We've set up the Outlook plugin to connect Zoom and it works fine until he shuts down his machine. When he turns back on, the connection to his Zoom account is lost and he needs to log in again through the Outlook plugin.  Does anyone know if this could be an issue with Edge?  Is there a trick for keeping the setting?

Wrong sender email address comes up when scheduling a meeting on outlook

when i schedule a meeting from the outlook (office 365) add-in, the sender email address is incorrect - how do I change this when the account is already under my name

disable connection with google calendar

I think I activated, and I don't remember how, notifications from Zoom of all the events I have on my Google calendar. I only want notifications for Zoom events to come to me from Zoom. How should I proceed?
