Best way to add a recurring daily meeting to everyone's calendar (We use AAD)

Recipients would need to click on the "add to calendar" to add it to their calendar. What you can automate is sending the invite (i.e. scheduling) and sending reminders to ensure everyone at your org shows up to the meeting.  This can be accomplished using Zoom's APIs to programmatically invite everyone at your org without having to manually invite new hires. If you are not a developer there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that can automate invites and reminders for recurring Zoom meetings.
