I just integrated my google mail with Zoom and I don't like it. How do I turn this off?
Twice now, I have sent emails to clients, and they say they aren't receiving them. I have had family members and friends receive the emails when I haven't even entered their email addresses. Has anyone else ever had this happen?
I can get Zoom to integrate with my Godaddy Microsoft office 365 account. However, I look looking at all my calendars in apple calendar, where I can see the godaddy account, but the zoom meetings are not displaying. This used to work until about a week ago.

We started off years ago with the Zoom Outlook Plug-in and then moved to the recommended by Zoom Outlook Add-in which is not called Zoom for Outlook Extension v. 2.8.0.0 as shown in our Office 365 Admin Center. This worked correctly up until about two weeks ago or longer when I noticed it enough to look into it. I'm the Zoom admin and confirmed that my profile is configured for Outlook Integration and when I create a meeting in Outlook I do see the Zoom add-in/extension settings. The main two things that are happening consistently now: I've deleted and reconfigured my Zoom calendar integration following this article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068615 I've updated the Zoom app and even pushed out an update to the Zoom for Outlook Extension and nothing has changed. Any help would be appreciated on what I should try next

I have one google account but a few sub calendars under that don't seem to be syncing up with my zoom app. Is there a way to ensure that all calendars under my google account are appearing in the zoom meetings section? Most of these have zoom links in them.

Hello everyone! Normally you can set up a filter that forwards the emails towards other accounts. But my email account/domain cannot do that.
I would like all emails that I receive from Zoom (password change, verification codes for new registration, etc.) to be sent not only to my email account, but also to two other accounts. How can I do this?
Thanks in advance!

Hello, This is so odd. When I use the @Anonymous bot, it uses an old work email address, but when I schedule zoom meetings on my calendar or via the zoom dashboard, zoom use my current (correct) work email address. How do I know this is happening, because when I start a meeting using the @Anonymous bot (in Google Chat) it starts the meeting and then zoom thinks I'm a participant, and then I get an email stating that I've joined my own meeting? haha. I can see that the notification email (about me joining my own meeting) is being sent to my old work email address (because I still have access to it). Everywhere I look in my zoom and google account shows that I'm logged in with my current work email address. Where is the @Anonymous bot getting my old work email address from?!?!?! So bizarre. 🙂 -Ron M.

When scheduling a Zoom meeting in Outlook, the default font is set to Aptos. I would like to change it to Calibri by default. How can I do this? I have tried the below steps To change the default font for Zoom meetings in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Is anyone else having this issue? When I create a new meeting using the Zoom PC app, and click on schedule, I can create the meeting add my guests and then hit "save". at this point the zoom app opens an outlook window to save and send the invite. However, for some reason the invites always get placed on my Outlook account and not my business account. What am I doing wrong? How is the Zoom app associating my scheduled meeting with an email address that IS NOT associated with my Zoom account?

Help! I'm ready to pull my hair out. I've checked my settings and I am in the correct time zone too.
Since the clocks have changed in the UK, my Zoom has gone crazy. I schedule an appointment through the Zoom website login.
For example schedule it for 2pm-3pm, it shows as 2pm-3pm.
I send it to attendees and it shows them the appointment from 3pm-4pm.
The Zoom App will also show me 3pm-4pm.
I sync to my calendar and it shows me 3pm-4pm.
However the original schedule in the Zoom log in is still 2pm-3pm.
It's making me look really unprofessional and also totally messes up the availability and appointments in my diary. Clients think I'm changing times from what we've agreed so messing up their appointments too.
I've recently moved back to Zoom in hopes of ease for my clients, but it's causing me endless problems with this issue.
Does anyone have any solutions, please?
