I cannot add my Outlook Calendar on Zoom Workplace

Hallo,

     I am new on Zoom and I download and installed "Zoom Workplace".

I register myself with my Hotmail e-mail but when I try to perform the action to "Connect to my Calendar" then my e-mail is denied because it is a personal e-mail.

Is Zoom only available for business ?
or
how can I register my Hotmail e-mail account to enable the connection to my Outlook?
