When someone sends me an email invite to a Zoom meeting, the email includes the link. When I click on the .ics file to add it to my Apple Calendar I can still see the Zoom link, but once I click the accept button, the link disappears. I have to copy ... Show more

When someone sends me an email invite to a Zoom meeting, the email includes the link. When I click on the .ics file to add it to my Apple Calendar I can still see the Zoom link, but once I click the accept button, the link disappears. I have to copy and paste the link from the email into Google Calendar before it will appear in  the Apple calendar again.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I am new to the Zoom community, so I don't know if this has been addressed or not.  I am a CPA and as part of my signature block, I have a CALENDLY link that the recipient can schedule a conference call.  Once the call is schedule, I cancel that meeting and replace it with a ZOOM meeting invitation for the same day & time requested.

 

Is there a similar link for Zoom that I could replace the Calendly link so that the recipient could just request a Zoom meeting with me?

googleカレンダーに複数のカレンダーを追加

googleカレンダーとの連携はできていますが、googleカレンダー内で複数のカレンダーを使用しており、1つのカレンダーだけしかアプリ上で連携されないです。

追加することは可能でしょうか。

Recurring Meeting mysteriously deleted

I created a recurring Zoom meeting and then copied and pasted the Zoom invite into a recurring Google Calendar meeting. Later, I edited the Zoom meeting to change from 1st Wednesday of month to the 2nd Wednesday of month. 

In the Google Calendar recurrence, the meeting still shows with the correct dates (2nd Wednesday) and I just tested it out with my colleague and it worked.

In Zoom online, when I go to my meetings, I can see that there is only 1 occurrence of the meeting still listed, and it's for the 1st Wednesday of the month, so it's incorrect, and the rest of the occurrences are deleted. 

Is it possible there is some kind of weird syncing happening to have made this happen, or a glitch on Zoom? 

I am concerned as to why this would have happened so welcome any input.

When I create a new event in the zoom application on my PC and select "Add to Outlook Calendar", it does not add the event to my Outlook calendar.  However, I know that my calendars are synched otherwise, because I see all of my Outlook appointments within the Zoom app.  Please help me determine why it is not adding back my  new appointments onto my Outlook calendar.

 

I have the online Outlook 365 service.

Zoom meeting requests come in on my MacBook (current OS Sonoma 14.3.1) via my MS Exchange email address. Only options are Maybe, Decline or Accept as there is no .ics file attachment. When I choose Accept, the meeting invite goes to Trash and nothing... Show more

Zoom meeting requests come in on my MacBook (current OS Sonoma 14.3.1) via my MS Exchange email address.  Only options are Maybe, Decline or Accept as there is no .ics file attachment.  When I choose Accept, the meeting invite goes to Trash and nothing gets added to Calendar. If I open Calendar, there is no meeting request in the NEW or REPLIED boxes. Because of this I am having to add all Zoom requests by hand to Calendar. Unable to find a solution via research or Apple Support. Any thoughts on how to solve would be greatly appreciated.

Several folks at my organization are receiving emails with the subject "You're Invited: Join a Live Demo," from teamzoom at e.zoom.us (at to avoid astrix).  Is this a legitimate email address for Zoom?

I opened up a zoom email account today

Added contacts (personal)

Downloaded contacts from Google (but it was my phone book!) not email addresses

Wrote an email

When i try to type into the recipients field, nothing comes up, I´ve had to copy and paste each one individually.

Been onto help and support, but can´t find 

How to create an address book

Within each address book unit, admins can create address books that contain contacts.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Contact Center Management then Address Books.
  3. In the left-side panel, select a previously-created unit.
  4. Click Create Address Book. You can also click the plus icon next to the unit’s display name

I´m usually tech savy but this has me lost and frustrated, I´ve wasted so much time when i could have sent an email via my google account. I´ve searched every where from my account on the web not the app. Please help
