Hi Community,

 

I need your help, I am stuck, and I received no help from the support who didn't come back to me until now.

 

I am a licensed pro+zoom event user, and I connected on my Zoom Event to create a new event for early next week, I received a request of migration for my hub which I did. The page of the migration kept turning for a very long time without any other actions. After one hour I went back to my zoom event, my hub is not showing "inactive" or "deactivated" I have no way to create a new hub and when I try to create a new event I am stuck as they are automatically associated with my old deactivated hub and can't be published.

 

I am totally stuck and can't use a product I am paying for.

Stange limitations to Branding Section

1) Unable to view speakers section of a registration form in mobile view?! How come?! )) Due to what strange logic? That should be an easy fix.

 

2) Digging further: Shouldn't speaker section go after the description and before the registration fields?! (So you could come by the link, and then watch+read, and after that enter your precious information to the form fields, then hit submit)

 

3) This one is not as obvious and has a work around yet is not as straight forward as could get: When you add speakers information you actually should be able to disable photos section to it, however you can overcome this by adding white squares instead of photos 200x200px - which works in a way. There will be, a problem thou! 

 

4) Potential problem with lack of photos: So lets assume we've got our feature to show speakers section on mobile devices. Good! But we've got 10 speakers and no photos for them: this way we end up having either strange PLEASE ADD PHOTO kinda thing before the name etc. either (if you use a work around i've mentioned previously) youll have a 200x200 hole then a name then a hole and so on.

Hello:  I am working to create the ticketing for a zoom event.  The tickets will be free, but when I go into the ticket area and go to add ticket there is no option for a free ticket, and it will not let me create any ticket.  I have been on the chat with Zoom and honestly they are no help.  They run me through a process which I follow exactly but it does not work.  Any thoughts?

Password Shown As Display Name

This is a major security issue. This happens when I click a meeting link from an email or calendar event. I am always already logged into the desktop or mobile app. I'm very concerned!

Can we edit/modify the emails Zoom sends out?

Is there a way to edit\modify Zoom emails that are being sent out? A way to change or add to the content & information in the email? Modify branding?Even as a license holder, I didn’t see an area were I could go and create my own emails or to modify ... Show more

Is there a way to edit\modify Zoom emails that are being sent out?  A way to change or add to the content & information in the email?  Modify branding?
Even as a license holder, I didn’t see an area were I could go and create my own emails or to modify existing ones.
As we will have hybrid events we’d like to send one group (in-person) a different email than the virtual attending group.

Let's face it -- hybrid events are here to stay 😷 🖥and I am on a fast learning curve to seamlessly blend virtual and in-person event experiences, from registration, ticketing and attendee emails, to day-of-show and post-show. Currently, I am exploring hybrid event registration and so far am not impressed -- this really needs to be an easy, seamless process for attendees (whether in-person or virtual) and easy to set up/manage for event planners. I am aware of event registration platforms that can integrate with Zoom (such as Eventbrite), but this seems clunky/complicated and has too much potential for error/confusion. Ultimately, I would prefer to be able to set up/manage hybrid event registration for both in-person and virtual attendees solely on the Zoom platform. Additionally, my organization has an enterprise-level license with Zoom and it would be ideal to have an all-inclusive Zoom solution for the endless stream of hybrid event requests that I am fielding from across my organization of more than 25k employees. I welcome any comments, insights, experiences on this topic and also invite Zoom (or anyone with info on this) to comment on whether an all inclusive, on-platform solution for this is in the works. 🙏

Replacing original recordings with modified

We didn’t want the original recordings to be posted immediately as we wanted to edit them before they were posted after the event. (add a starter tile, ending tile, remove a section if needed) I’ve edited the videos and I’ve gone in and “replaced” each video.

But we are unsure as to where the videos are appearing for the attendees. At the moment, they’re not showing when you went back into the lobby.  If we inadvertently turned off some function to allow them to see all videos after the event is over, how do we turn it back on again?

 

To add to this, a sub-question is, do the attendees only see the videos of the sessions they attended, or is it “all or nothing” when viewing the recordings?

Cannot update Zoom Version 0.2.254
