Hi Zoom community

I'm considering using Zoom Events to run an free event with about 800-1000 attendees. On the ticketing and registration side of things, we expect there to be high demand and want to make sure spaces are distributed fairly.

I wanted to ask if the registration page 'hold' a provisional space for the user whilst they complete the process? On platforms like Eventbrite this is done with a time limit. 

Or perhaps is this a non-issue since users need to be logged in on Zoom to register for an event?

I will be reading from my novel to a group in Ireland later this month. I know how to do a split screen in which one side can see me and I can see them. What I prefer to do here, though, is to be seen by the people I'm reading to as I read to them - but only I can see what I'm reading to them. The document I'll read from will be on the screen for my own use only. To readers it will appear that I'm reading from a teleprompter.

 

How do I do that in a split screen mode - or is there some alternative Zoom provides?

trying to schedule a 3 day event that requires registration but the event starts at different times

I am hosting a conference and I need to create a meeting for three days. The meetings start at different times and I need participants to register. I would like to keep the same meeting link. Is this possible?

Zoom to Facebook group streaming issue

i;m trying to stream from zoom to a facebook group. I had it set up to go to a different group before and I've taken the FB zoom app off of that group. I put on the app to the new group but on the choose where to post page, only the old group shows. ... Show more

Once I select Live on Facebook from the "more" tab, my computer goes to a screen asking to allow ouroborosbrowser.exe to make changes. I am not getting the steps within zoom that all the instructions tell me I should have. Like to select the event where I want to go live in for example. Any suggestions? I feel like I need to change a setting or something?

My meeting took place without any problems, but when it ended it was taking a while to save, today a few days after the meeting, I went to access it to be able to do my ATA, but the recording is not there, I need urgent help, it was an important meeting for the council where I work.

 

The message appeared that the meeting was being recorded when I accessed it, I already looked for possible other names, and other dates because I don't know, something could have happened and they changed the name or the date, but I didn't find it.

I can't record on my cloud anymore. This is the notice when I sign in to my profile. 

Important Notice
 "Cloud recording has been disabled. Please contact your account admin for more information."
I know that this is because no space on cloud, but what I need to do to fix it? I already delete all my recordings but nothing happens. Please help.

Hello! I'm brand new to Zoom Events and I'm hosting a 3-day, 40-session summit starting Monday. I have everything set up but I'm still learning the system and trying to figure things out. My question is about ticketing and registration. My event is free and I've already registered most of my attendees outside of the platform. Once I upload my registrants, what happens? Does an email automatically go out to them if enabled? Do I just continually upload registrants as they continue to roll in leading up to the event? Or, would it be best for me to just email links to each registrant from my own email platform? Is there just one link for the entire event? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I am having difficulty accessing the Expo tab in Zoom events. I have a Zoom Events license. This is what Zoom Support provides in regards to accessing Zoom Events Expo, but it does not exist in my . 
How to access the Expo tab in Zoom Events

  1. Create a Zoom Event or edit an upcoming event to access the event setup.
  2. In the event creation flow navigation menu, click Event Experience, then click Expo.
    The Expo page will appear.

When I go to my right side navigation bar, "Event Experience" does not appear. How do I turn my Zoom Event into an expo? This is what appears in my Navigation tab:
