Confused about the difference between the registration report and the attendee report

Wondering if someone can help, and explain the difference here.

 

I am comparing 2 of our recent webinars (we are new to using zoom webinars!).. I have pulled both a registration report and an attendee report for both. The attendee report also states the number of 'registrations'. On the 1st webinar report, we have the registration report saying 176, and the attendee report saying we had 159 registrations, and 159 total users.

However, the 2nd webinar report, the registration report said 132, and the attendee report said 119, and the total users 148. 

 

I don't understand why the 'registration report number would be different to the number of registrations in the attendee report. And I don't understand how if we had 119 registrations, how the total number of users was 148.

 

Please can someone help explain the nuances between these different stats across the different reports?

Conditional Formatting on Zoom Events Custom Questions

Hello,

 

Does anyone know if the custom questions feature offers conditional formatting? I am trying to segment questions in the registration process for a particular group of people and it doesn't appear that zoom events has that capability.

Hello

I would like to import for a webinar a csv file for registrants (participants in French) but not as an admin registrants (panelistes).

What is the process ?

Changing 1 month webinar subscription type

Hi does anyone know if I can change my 1 month 1000 attendee webinar subscription  to a 500 attendee webinar subscription the following month? also without losing my scheduled webinar links?

I have a question I am putting in 5 courses today. I assume I give the live presentation on the date I gave, now I have cloud recordings so I should not have to give that class over and over for 50 days correct people can watch the recordings once I give the course live 1 time. I have mindfulness set for 5-5 Advanced CPR.AED?FIRST AID 5-6 Professional Event Planner 5-8  When I go into submit event planner it says I am giving CPR/AED/FIRST AID at the same time which is 2 days before. Do I have this incorrect?  MY PLAN ALL ALONG WAS TO GIVE THE COURSE 1 TIME FOR THE 50  DAYS AND THEN RECORDING CAN BE AVAILABLE. I CAN'T GIVE THE SAME CLASS FOR 50 DAYS LIVE. I AM ADDING COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR PSYCHOTHERAPY ON 4-11 AND NEURO PATHOLOGY SCIENCE ON APRIL 12. CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I CAN GIVE A LIVE WEBINAR 1 TIME UNTIL 50 DAYS ARE OVER AND I REINSTATE THE COURSE? tHE TICKET FOR NOT GETTING PUBLISHES CAN BE CLOSED BUT I NEED ANSWERS FOR THIS ISSUE. I am a zoom licensed
User with the following credentials Orientar Tu Vida. 

 

We are from Ecuador and I would like to know how you can help me. We contracted the package where it gives us capacity for 500 people, but the day we had the zoom, several people were left out because they said that the maximum capacity, which was 100, had been met.

 

We made the payment of $79 and we want to know why this happened to us , and if it would already be solved.

 

I hope you can help us.

I've been editing the html for our webinar emails, and it's all been working fine. But I had set up the follow-up email to attendees and absentees to go out five days after the webinar – I set this up in both the settings for the specific webinar, and in the Account Manager > Webinar Settings. This was to give me time to add the URL for the recording.

 

However, the email went out the day after the webinar (luckily, I'd put in a holding URL of a link to our YouTube channel).  I've checked and re-checked the settings and they all say five days after the webinar date. Any idea what's going wrong? I know it's almost certain to be user error, but dashed if I can find it.

It does not list out the New Zealand dropdown states and provinces to select from that you do for other countries. If choose USA it listed all states. Missing important registration information. How do we update state/Province for international users... Show more
