Webinar registration issues

We have a webinar that requires pre registration. But when some people are trying to register it says that this webinar is for authorised registrants only. Why is this happening, we want people to be able to register.

First Name and Last Name not appearing in Zoom Events Registration Reports

Hi, I am seeing the Zoom Events registration reports have only the email, display name and other fields and does not have the first name and last name. Is there a way to add this? as these are the key data.

I've been researching the many roles and capabilities that each role has to offer in Zoom. Are you able to assign multiple roles to a single individual?

IE: Could you assign someone as both a panelist and a speaker? I'd like them to be able to share their screen and have controls to turn their camera on and off as a panelist, but also be able to start their session and respond to Q&A as a speaker.

Hello does anyone have insight into how I can go about sharing the reminder link to join my webinar without using Zoom's email automation?  I would prefer to send reminder emails and the link to join the webinar through my email platform ie ConvertKit, Constant Contact etc.  Thanks in advance.

Letting people use camera in webinar

I recently hosted a webinar and one of the complaints from people was that they felt out of touch because they couldn't use their cameras and see other attendees. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

Adding multiple hosts in webinar

Is there a way to add another host who can post polls, answer questions, speak on camera, etc? Didn't really find a way to do that. Thanks for helping 🙂

I'm not sure if I am in the right space but it is as good as any.

I'm looking for a freelance Zoom Guru to run a zoom webinar for a corporate blue chip company to it's customers. Not an occasional user for in-house group of colleagues.  Someone with a lot of experience in running slick public facing webinars with a few hundred customers on line. They must have deep understanding of Zoom and be able to handle novice and experienced presenters.

Is there anyone on this channel that can help. Preferably in uk or European time zone but not a must.

how to set reminder email automatic send to participants before the event day?

Hi, once participants register event from zoom link they will receive an email with event zoom link.

 

how we can set this email automatic send to participants before the event day? like 3 days before & 1 day before
