Does zoom webinars have a panelist and co-host features? I would like to conduct a webinar in a conversational format with three people in different locations.
I am using IOS and am a Pro Zoom customer. I am hosting a short (4-hour) conference for 50 people in person and less than 20 online. The meeting will be synched with YouTube and Zoom. Is there a need to register as a webinar or can I just run it as a regular Zoom meeting?

I want to use a webinar as a weekly class for registered students. Can the registrations be IP based or are they only email based? What happens when someone logs in and then someone else uses the same login? Will it only allow one occurrence of the registration to log in? We are trying to head off any login sharing.

Hi
I need to know if is possible to limit the entryt of webinar participants to the schedule time and not based on if the meeting is running or not. I want to have 10 min prior the start of the webinar to check camara and audio but without participants in the meeting. I can´t find a solution so far.

Question: I want to record a lesson via Zoom and simultaneously stream it, but also make it available as soon as possible for participants who can't attend at the scheduled time. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I know that I can record on Google Drive via Zoom, but I've noticed that the conversion process takes a long time, especially for a 3.5-hour lesson (which might take 7 hours?) All tips are welcome.

We recently upgrades our PPA Zoom Sessions License to a PPA Zoom Events License. I got a notification that our Zoom Sessions license has been revoked and confirmation the Zoom Events license invoice has been paid but when I log into Zoom Events Account I can see our events etc but there is a notification that Access is denied. Under our upcoming event there is a notification that license is expired. There is also a notification that I will lose all events in 2 days if a new license is not assigned. I reached out to Billing & Support and they have sent to technical team but it has been 5 days without a response or resolution. 1 event scheduled yesterday could not take place and we have another one coming up shortly so need to resolve ASAP. I assumed the changeover would happen automatically and I would see the extra features the Events license has would just show up. In our Zoom One Pro Account it shows all licenses assigned. Is there something I need to do at my end?

Hi, we're hosting a webinar over the course of the weekend, scheduled for 7 hours each day with an hour for lunch. Is it possible to end the webinar at the start of the lunch break. And relaunch the webinar after the lunch break? I would like a colleague of mine to host the afternoon sessions from her laptop. I don't want to 'end the webinar for all' however, if it means that we can't reopen the webinar after lunch, from a different laptop.

Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to add the Meta Pixel tracking code to Zoom Events? I have set up a conference business in Germany and would like to use Meta Ads to drive traffic to the website. I do not necessarily need the tracking code for this, but I would like to define what a conversion event is and optimise the Meta Ads for this event type. Thank you for any solutions or workarounds. Kind regards, Claudio Marseglia

Hi there! We are hosting a webinar next week. Initially, we chose the option "webinar with registration," and we received about 200 registrations. However, we would like to create a generic link to make it easier for people to join or invite new contacts at the last minute, instead of using unique links. How should we proceed? Also, what will happen to the already registered people if we change the setting to "webinar without registration"? Thanks for your help!
