I was running a webinar last night and could not get the speaker video to appear. I have only run about six or eight webinars, but never had this issue before.  It's been about eight months since my last webinar. I am not sure if something has changed with Zoom or if there is potentially a change in my corporate security setting that may have caused this. Advice is highly appreciated.

How to sync Webinar with Salesforce

Hi Expert,

 

I am a newbie. I have installed Zoom and done authorization in Salesforce. 

I want to sync Event in Salesforce with Zoom.

 

However, the new Event I registered in Zoom does not update to Salesforce.

 

Anything I have missed? Please advise.

Hello. I added the Zoom for Salesforce integration to our CRM and am finding that registrants that are added to a webinar when registering through the zoom link are not showing up in the Webinar in Salesforce. They are showing up in the Webinar on Zoom's actual platform/website but do not in Salesforce. Is this something that can be fixed??

What is Branding?

  • Branding enables corporate admin to customize a company landing page, logo, header/footer and custom email notifications.

How is Branding enabled?

  • Branding is free and can be enabled for Paid plans with more than 10 hosts such as Business or Education.

How do I upgrade to a Paid plan with more than 10 hosts?

  • To upgrade to a Paid plan with more than 10 hosts, please click on "Billing"

How do I start?

  • Once you have a Paid plan with more than 10 hosts, click on "Branding".

Unable to slow down video speed in playback on Android phone

I booked an (expensive) virtual conference. I have a neurological disability that means I need to watch the session videos on playback in slowed down mode at c. 0.8 speed (due to my delayed sensory processing disability).

But when I click on the playback speed toggle there are only options to make it go faster none are slower - help!

This is a critical feature for me to be able to participate at all, so at the moment I'm in a lot of distress and despair as due to this problem I am completely blocked from joining the whole weeklong conference event. 😭

I think it's a bug or design fault as on a friends iPhone a slower speed option is shown. But even then only I option 0.5 is offered, which is far too slow and not the 0.8 or 0.9 that I require so even that is no good to me and still not actually disability accessible. Standard desigm would be a toggle or slider to allow user to pick the right speed for them in either direction.

The Virtual conference runs all this week and all videos are affected with the same issue. I'm so gutted and can't believe zoom have overlooked such an essential disabled accessibility feature.

Conference platform Sched, have investigated and say it is a zoom side technical issue . 

I don't have a paid zoom account so how can I request this vital access issue investigating this and fixing this critical accessibility bug /design issue.

Please please can someone help me escalate this issue to get it fixed as I'm totally unable to access any of the conference material due to this critical bug.

Webinar Registrant Count is Wrong

When I'm reviewing our registration, in the Zoom portal it says we have 73 registrants however when I pull the report, it only has 15 people recorded as registering for the session, can anyone tell me why this happening?

Today, we hosted a Zoom webinar, and unfortunately, many attendees experienced disconnections, forcing them to rejoin the webinar. Some participants were unable to rejoin at all, encountering difficulties while stuck in the webinar. We regularly host multiple webinars each day, but it seems that this issue has arisen after the recent Zoom update. We kindly request your attention to investigate and address this matter promptly.

It's worth noting that not only attendees but also co-hosts are facing the same issue of being kicked out of the webinar.

Additionally, I've observed an issue related to polls. It appears that after creating a poll, the system saves it for all subsequent webinars. Consequently, we need to manually delete the polls created for the previous webinar each time. Furthermore, there is an unusual occurrence where the choices in a poll are being altered. For instance, the choices were different initially, but when I launched the poll, the second and third options were the same, and the third option had automatically changed to the second. Your assistance in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated.

We conduct training webinar sessions with our customers and are required by our corporate privacy policy to hide participant names from other participants in our training webinars. However, when we answer a question in Q&A, the question and answer with the participant's name display to all of the other participants on the "All questions" tab.

 

We don't want to force all questions to be submitted to us anonymously, because WE (the hosts) need to see participant names (for internal reporting and tracking only), but participant names should always be "anonymous" to other participants and guest panelists (outside of our organization).

 

Am I missing a setting somewhere? Is there a setting somewhere that will help us achieve this? This seems like such a basic thing, and yet I cannot find it.

we here in the EU have to ask during the webinar registration for a double opt-in. 

Process: 

The user fills out the registration form.

Then Zoom should send an email to the user, asking him/her to confirm the email

Then Zoom should send the email with the participation link to the user.

Do you know where I can find this double opt-in option ?
