Hi Are Zoom Clips recordings using the same cloud recording storage space, just like ordinary recordings from meetings and webinars? That is eg. 5GB available for Pro licenses is shared between all stored recording types? Or maybe it's currently using some additional, unlicensed space? I'm curious since it's not precisely mentioned anywhere. Cheers Lukasz

When I try using ctrl-shift-c in google docs in order to see word count, it either tries making a clip for zoom, even if I don’t have zoom open, or it doesn’t do anything when I disable it on zoom settings. It is really annoying, and is there anyway I can change it or disable it so that it won’t affect me? The shortcut literally has been cutting off input for other sites like google docs. I'm on Basic plan. I've already tried old solutions to this problem but for some reason the whole layout has changed and I no longer can change my keyboard shortcuts.

Hello, I am trying to record a Zoom Clip while sharing my iPad screen, but I can't find the option to do so. When I start a regular Zoom meeting, I can share my iPad screen without any issues, either via AirPlay or a cable connection. However, in Zoom Clips, I only see options to record my webcam or my desktop screen, but not an external device like my iPad. Is there a way to share my iPad screen while recording a Zoom Clip? If not, is this feature planned for future updates? Thanks in advance for your help!

Can someone please point me in the direction of removing the captions. I don't want the captions at the bottom of the video. Looking through the settings, I don't see the option to remove. Inserting a screenshot below.

When Clips was initially rolled out, it worked fine. A month or so later, my microphone and camera are blocked. Our State IT has stepped into my computer to adjust the privacy and security, but they are set to allow access. Several people on my network have the issue and some outside the network....with the same originator/admin of our licenses. I can make silent clips., but the beauty is being able to talk and explain as I am clicking away.

I was trying to trim a recording of a lot of dead space at the end. Pushed the button, and realized I saved the dead space and lost the meeting itself.
Is there a way to reverse the process or recover the original recording from the cloud?
I've tried a number of times to create a brief Zoom Clip. I also tried different settings. Clips between 15-30 seconds. All appear unloadable. The software says 'the video cannot be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. ' I know it's in Beta testing. Is this commonly occurring or is there a solution?
