Hello, I just activate the AI companion and Summary, was surprised that it gave me summary of past meetings while that feature wasn't activated even though I have choose manually activation for the summary.  Is that normal ? thanks

Meeting Summaries at a Glance

The first thing I did was review the AIC-generated summaries of all the meetings I missed. These concise yet comprehensive summaries gave me key discussion points, action items assigned, and decisions made.This overview allowed me to quickly understand what transpired in my absence without having to watch hours of recorded meetings, read long chat threads, or reach out to my colleagues to get updates.

 

Intelligent Q&A

Zoom AI Companion 2.0 allowed me to ask specific questions about the meetings and projects. Some questions I asked were "Help me catch up with the scheduled meetings last week." and "What meetings do I have scheduled for the week?" AIC provided accurate answers, pulling information from meeting transcripts and shared documents, saving me time and eliminating the need to bother my colleagues with basic questions.

 

Document Summarization

Zoom AI Companion 2.0 summarized important documents shared during my absence, such as internal team meetings and client communications. This feature allowed me to quickly grasp essential information without reading through lengthy documents.

I understand that the release of this has been postponed, but has it been rolled out since then?

I had a meeting with 1 other member of my company earlier. The AI transcript sent me this after the meeting... (I've changed some of the names, but there was nothing playing in the background for either of us and the transcript is wild).

It basically implies that I talked about being recruited into the United Blood Nation & then recruiting other people intot he gang.

this was sent as a summary to our business email


Keith and Employee discussed various invoices, subscriptions, and software tools used by their team, including Business1, Business2, Business3, Business4, Business5, business6, and business7. They also discussed the history and structure of the United Blood Nation (UBN), a New York-based organization formed from various New York founded gangs. I can't figure out how to enable AI Companion for Docs and Whiteboard. I follow the instructions on the site I just can't find such a menu in my Account Settings. How can I fix this?
