Read AI need to turned off

I would like to ask for your assistance to turned off the Read AI in all our zoom meetings. We just need the Zoom AI and the Read AI is taking over too.

Meeting Summary
Is it possible to produce a Meeting Summary from a recorded session when AI Companion was not turned on?
My Meetings do not show in "Create from meetings" in Docs
When I go to create a document (in docs) from a previous meeting, the meetings do not appear when I click on "create from meetings" . It just says no meetings in the last 30 days. Which is not correct because I have had loads. Also up and coming meetings do not appear even though they are booked. My assitant books my meetings so there is possibly an issue there? With the settings? Thanks barns

Sound problem - with win11 mic privacy setting
Hi, I have a problem with Zoom installed on a laptop with Windows 11 operating system:
When I use Zoom, no sound is produced from the computer's speakers or any other sound means (even though they are connected and working properly and work with all the other applications on the computer).
The speakers do work on zoom when I disable the "let desktop apps access your microphone" option in Windows "privacy and safety settings" of the zoom microphone - but then there is a zoom sound - but the microphone is not active...
It should be noted that when I perform "TEST SPEAKERS AND MIC" - sometimes the test sound is heard for about a second and then disappears (this happens with all possible sound sources on the computer - headphones, built-in speakers, external speakers).
What to do to solve the problem?
I would be happy to get an idea from someone who has experienced the problem

In every one of my summaries the following paragraph shows up Improving Project Structure and Communication The team discussed the need for a more comprehensive and detailed approach to their project, with a focus on the importance of understanding the customer's needs and pain points. The team also emphasized the importance of effective communication and collaboration to ensure the project's success. They ended the conversation with a commitment to work on these aspects and reconvene to review progress This is never part of the meeting, I am curious if anyone else has this happening.

I want to add an AI note taker to my Zoom account and I use an iMac sop it does not integrate my iCal... does anyone have a solution?

These notes are nothing to do with my meeting, and a quick Google search suggests that other people have had the same text inserted into their notes too. What's going on?
