Has anyone ever been able to have a complaint about Zoom customer service properly managed by Zoom?

I keep getting put through to a third party outsourced company in the Philippines, and it's just a car crash of customer service even from a manager who is supposed to be looking at my complaint.

 

Does anyone know how to break free from this, preferably a proper Complaints Manager in the UK?

Condominium meetings. Hi, I would like to know which Zoom solution you suggest to establish an Annual Condominium Meeting of 20 Home Owners instead of the classic in-person meeting which I consider outdated, distracting and inefficient.
