Has anyone ever been able to have a complaint about Zoom customer service properly managed by Zoom?

I keep getting put through to a third party outsourced company in the Philippines, and it's just a car crash of customer service even from a manager who is supposed to be looking at my complaint.

Does anyone know how to break free from this, preferably a proper Complaints Manager in the UK?

--I'll go first! One of my favorite moments on Zoom last year was playing Gartic Phone with the Zoom Digital Support Team in our weekly team meeting. I'm not the greatest at drawing, but that's what makes the game fun 😄

My next thought is towards the badges and because I am trying to learn the Community Blog Area I thought it would be nice to learn or ask others what happens when you complete all badges curious to hear or read about it thuout this area.
