Is there a list of parity differences between PWA and Client for ZCX.   One major item I have discovered is when using custom variables which are configured to display on inbound notification - works as intended within the Zoom client, however in using Zoom PWA - no variable information will display.    I confirmed that it is being passed as it is displayed in the custom variable section of the engagement tab. Curious on how to resolved this, but even more curious of other functions not available through PWA.

 I am currently working on a short film as part of a university club project. We would like to include a scene in our film that features a Zoom meeting. Would there be any legal issues with filming and using this in our project?

Over the last few months, I have found that my speakers on my monitor go silent on Zoom Calls after about 20 minutes.  The speakers otherwise function, as they play i-tunes and you tube audio even when the Zoom sound stops working.  My microphone continues functioning. I operate a Dell PC using Windows 11.  Any suggestions?  

I'm using latest iOS sdk for join meeting but I'm saving every meeting in preferences but I want meeting name like "demo's personal meeting room" this is topic/title/meeting name it's not showing in MobileRTC.shared().getMeetingService()."topicname()" can you help me with it I'm using UIKit swift.

I want all the emailed AI summaries of my Zoom meetings to be in Spanish.  All of my conversations are either all in Spanish or a mix of Spanish and English.  A few times the emailed summaries have come through in Spanish, but 95% of the time they are in English.  How do I set this to always have them come to me in Spanish.  I've looked everywhere on my Zoom account settings, and on the desktop app under the AI and Chat settings.  I have the Chat settings set to Spanish, but still no luck.Thank you.

Whenever I make a Zoom call, a message comes up saying I have a poor connection. I never used to get this message and nothing has changed. The line cuts in and out. Ideas?thanks!

In AI summary it always says Meeting in most paragraphs of the summaries.Can we set it as default to something else?E.G I want Session and not meeting.Is this possible?

Hello, I know that the "no fixed time" option when scheduling recurring meetings changed recently so that it is only available on the web browser version of Zoom. However, I went to schedule a recuurring meeting last week (week of November 18th 2024), and the option to select "no fixed time" under "recurrence" has now disappeared from the web version as well as the Zoom desktop app. Is there a way to schedule recurring meetings for "no fixed time", or is that no longer an option on Zoom?

I am acting as a entry/comment monitor for a hybrid zoom/live-in-auditorium meeting situation. We have some 50 or so in live attendance, and they have opportunities to comment on microphones over the auditorium PA system. Zoom users can also make comments, which are the put out via the PA to the live audience. I sit in the auditorium and monitor those who are linked to the meeting by Zoom. "Standard" headphones still permit plenty of the amplified "live" sound into my ears, so reverberation is driving me batty.  Wondering if noise cancelling headphones would do the trick to kill off the live sound, and simply let me hear the program and other zoom participants over headphones. Anyone have any experience with this situation? Can't afford much more than $100 for headphones--if they'd work.  Thanks!

I am trying to set up auto-recording for specific meetings when I create them. I use "auto_recording": "cloud" to enable automatic recording and "auto_recording": "none" to disable it for individual meetings. However, the meetings do not auto-record as expected. It seems that regardless of the meeting-specific settings, auto-recording is always enabled when the account-wide auto-recording setting is turned on, and always disabled when the account-wide setting is off.

In Eventbrite this error message comes up an issue occurred while trying to fetch users. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please attempt to reconnect. Zoom suggests to go to the Zoom Marketplace and delete Eventbrite and ADD it back again. Zoom Marketplace won't let me ADD Eventbrite, so the error message continues in Eventbrite and so I cannot post my event with the Zoom link. HELP!

I am having difficulty getting my SMS campaign approved. We are using all the default responses and suggested text for messages. The problem is that the SMS Campaign Denial message gives no guidance as to what needs fixed and the Zoom One Pro account doesn't have any support for it. The company only has three employees so any plan that is bigger is overkill. Not sure where to go for answers.

We have added a video recording functionality to our application.So when I give the demo to the client, I can access the camera. I have recorded video using the camera but am unable to record voice using a microphone. I tried different settings of the camera and microphone in the Zoom app.Please let me know about the solution to this issue/problem.

Hi everyone,I’m Darshan Hiranandani,  experiencing an ongoing issue where the "Play sound when I receive a new message" setting in Zoom's Team Chat doesn't seem to work for some users in my company. Despite having this setting checked, along with push notifications set to "All messages," users still don't hear a sound when they receive a new chat message, whether Zoom is the active window or not.Here are the things I’ve already tried:Ensured that the default audio device is correctly set in both Zoom and Windows sound settings.Verified that Zoom isn’t muted in the Windows Sound Mixer.Re-installed Zoom for affected users (sometimes helps, but not consistently).The issue affects a random group of users, including those on Dell Latitude laptops, MS Surfaces, and Dell desktops. Really surprice that I have lost my requiring id, The ID we use every day is missing from my admin area, even from meeting/previous and Recently Deleted, how can i restore this?

Question: what zoom plan would allow 3 different users under one account to run 3 different meetings simultaneously? How can I test to make sure this would work?Background: my business is integrated with acuity calendar/scheduling app and I have 3 different team members who will need their own zoom meetings at once under one business account.  For example: bob has a meeting with a client at 11 am, so does susie, and jamie- 3 different team members and 3 different clients all needing to meet via zoom under one account simultaneously.   

こんにちは。クラウドでAIコンパニオンを使って「概要」や「チャプター」を作成したのですが、動画を他者に共有することになり、精度の問題で「概要」「チャプター」を削除したいと考えてよろしくお願いします。 編集ボタンはあるのですが、削除ボタンは見当たらない為、現状編集から文章を削除して「会議」のような文字を入力して保存対応しています。 ベストは共有の時に「概要」等も共有するか選択することですが、既に録画済みのZOOMから「概要」等を表示したり消去する方法があれば教えてください！

Hello, when I try to uninstall Zoom Workspace I get the error “There is a problem with this windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor” and I don’t know how to fix it.

I attend zoom meetings and just started using a new computer.  For some reason, my video is not detected by zoom when it's plugged into my new computer and neither is my mic.  I had no problem w/my old computer.  Does anyone have any idea why this would be?  Thank you.  Regina
