Manual Release Assigned Desk
Yesterday, March 23rd, 2026 Zoom released a new feature. However we do not see how to do this as an end user or as an admin. Any advice on where documentation is available to support this feature or how it works?
| Temporary Assigned Desk Release | Users can temporarily release their permanently assigned desks for specific dates when they will not be in the office, allowing the desks to be booked by others. Administrators can set automatic desk release if the assigned user has not checked in by a specified time. Administrators can also manually release desks for single or multiple dates and track desk release actions through administrative tools. All release operations can be reversed or rolled back in case of accidental changes. |
