Poll Not Showing or Launching in Zoom Webinar

I apologize for the late response. If your Zoom webinar poll is not showing, appears blank, or cannot be launched, here are some things to check:

• Polls are only available after the host launches them. Make sure you are the host or alternative host and are launching the poll from the webinar controls.
• Only the host or alternative host can create and launch new polls.
• In the webinar, click on Polls/Quizzes in the controls, select the poll, and then launch it.

If the poll still appears blank or cannot be launched after these steps, try updating your Zoom client to the latest version and ensure your internet connection is stable.
