Hey @Carlos Angarita
Yes. During a video conference session, the AI Companion can answer participants’ questions using the content of documents that were uploaded when the meeting was scheduled—as long as those files were uploaded directly within Zoom and meet the platform’s requirements.
Specifically:
- The AI Companion can access files uploaded to Zoom in supported formats such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, JSON, or VTT, each under 5 MB.
- It cannot use external sources like Outlook attachments, Office 365, or Google Docs that are not uploaded into Zoom.
Therefore, if the documents were uploaded to Zoom when scheduling the meeting and comply with these criteria, the AI Companion can indeed use their content to respond to participants’ questions during the session.
