I have recently obtained an Insta360 Link 2C camera (and a Link 2 as well). When I set the camera to 1080p and 30fps in the camera control app all is good until I open a preview or call in Zoom. Then the camera is forced back to only 720p in the camera app. While the camera is being used in Zoom the setting cannot be changed. So I pause the video in Zoom, then change the resolution, then go back to Zoom and it happens again. This only happens in Zoom with the Insta360 Link 2 cameras. It does not happen in other video call services and does not happen with other brands of cameras in Zoom. The zoom and camera apps are fully up to date. I am the only user and owner of my Zoom account. Still, I can't change certain security settings (under Settings > Meeting > Security) because Zoom says there are "new security guidelines" and refers me to the "account admin". But I'm the owner/admin and sole user. How is this possible? And how can I solve it?

In the post-secondary education world, instructors need to provide spaces for students to collaborate with each other other than during class time. In order to provide private spaces to meet, instructors would like to open some 'virtual team spaces' for different groups of students in different classes. This involves using the 'no fixed time' and 'Join before host' settings. As it stands, instructors (hosts) can schedule as many meetings as they want but only 2 of those meetings can be open/used at the same time regardless if the host is present or not. This is not workable for how our instructors utilize the system. some instructors have 4 different courses and each one of them could have team projects that need to use these open spaces at any given time during the day/week/semester. How do we or can we work around this?Have any other users from the Education world come across this?All help is welcome. 

My Church seems to get better quality out of Zoom than the New Jersey State Superior Court.  Last Friday I had to attend a virtual pretrial hearing where the Court uses Zoom for these appearances.  I call this trial rigging.  The overall quality, especially the audio, was poor.  I should be used to this by now; but I don't want to experience more consequence than necessary.  Most parties to these hearings just put up with the bad quality because they want it over with.  From a trial I attended last year, my audio/video transcript the Court gave me last year reflects the same bad quality.  As with the recent hearing, the audio had an underwater quality to it.  The Court I noticed uses metal boxes with glass fronts to house the TV that they connect with Zoom.  Through these hearings and trials, the Court makes Zoom look bad while delivering such poor quality.

Hi,I’m having an issue with the Zoom activity in Moodle. The Zoom component doesn’t load properly — instead of showing the meeting information or links, I only see grey placeholder barsSo far, I’ve tried refreshing the page, clearing cache, and testing in different browsers, but the issue persists. Other Moodle activities seem to load normally.The problem appears in various browsers, as well as on Windows, Android, and Apple devices.Has anyone else encountered this issue, or knows how to fix it?Thanks in advance for your help! 

When I am on Zoom my face appears unnaturally bright red. Very distracting. Is there a way to adjust the hue or tone for the camera? 24" iMac 2021 M1 running Sonoma 14.6.1.

We need assistance identifying which Zoom APIs can retrieve the same meeting data available for download from the Zoom Dashboard (Meetings section). Our goal is to ensure that the data obtained through the APIs aligns with the zoom dashboard meetings data in both content and accuracy (date range and/or meeting ids).

Please, I need to go back to the classic version of the old whiteboard because the new one is not working properly, actually, I can't use the new one because when I start the whiteboard my connection fails and this only happens when I try to use the new whiteboard. I'm using a whiteboard from another app, and it's not fair as I'm paying to have all the tools on Zoom. Can you help me to go back to the old version? 

Hi, I get a '403 permission denied' error everytime i log into zoom. i can still use my account as normal but it pops up every time. Any ideas? CheersJohn

Hi,Working my way through setup. My calls come to auto receptionist then get sent to one of two call queues depending on time of day. One issue I have is that when the call is coming through both on the handset (poly e550) and the desktop app, it only shows the phone number and instead of the name it shows "forward from main auto receptionist" and the phone number. The system knows the name as it is displayed correctly in the call history (on desktop app, in the phone under recent calls it still indicates "forward from main auto receptionist" and the phone number). The voicemail(in the desktop app and email) also properly indicates the name. We need to be able to see who is calling. Any way to make this happen?

Hi,when I create in Zoom calendar invitation with Zoom Workplace, it is displayed in my Zoom Calendar at the right timing (let's say, 10am).In my Outlook and Mac Calendar, the same for all the participants of the meeting, the invitation appears one hour ahead (e.g., 9am).Any idea?Stéphane

I click my profile picture in Zoom Workplace and select "Add account". It asks me to login, which I do. But it fails to add the account to give me a fast way to switch between two different Zoom accounts. What am I missing, or is this another Zoom bug?

Joined a meeting today and there was no option to turn my camera off, check chat, see participants are otherwise participate in the meeting. The toolbar was completely gone. I thought it was due to that particular meetings settings however I started my own meeting and the issue persisted. The only button at the bottom was the mute button. Can not swipe up or down to find the toolbar or invite link. There is no leave button when swiping from the top or hitting the back button. Clicked both sides of the meeting screen, every corner and every place but the toolbar, 3 dots, etc are not there. Latest update was 09/16 and my meeting on 09/29 did not have this issue.  Restarted my phone, uninstalled and re-installed zoom, checked settings to make sure that the meeting settings have "always show meeting controls" turned on.   Is there an update or patch that is missing? Why are all the controls for the meeting gone? Been

Hi, This morning all of our zoom meeting and webinar cloud recordings have disappeared from the Zoom system? We had 40+ recordings in there last week and this morning there are none. Nothing in the trash and I'm the only one with access to the account and I know I didn't delete anything. Last email from Zoom was telling me my latest recording is now ready, so isn't a billing or license thing? 

Putting this suggestion here for improving the Zoom meeting experience. As an attendee, the "doorbell" sound that plays when someone joins or leaves the meeting can be disruptive, especially in large meetings where people are coming and going frequently.While I know this feature helps hosts stay aware of who’s joining, it would be amazing if attendees could have the option to turn off this sound for themselves. This small adjustment could help reduce distractions and create a more focused environment, particularly when attending multiple meetings throughout the day.Has anyone else felt the same? I'd love to hear your thoughts and if others think this would be a helpful feature!

Not allowing individuals to control the entry chime as a personal setting is an accesibility issue that needs to be addressed.  Many people using Zoom are autistic or neurodiverse and that chime is a problem for them.I had to leave a large meeting becuase the chime was cuasing extreme painful discomfort and pushing me toward severe overstimulation.  This is not a minor nicety, this is a disibility access issue, and is not acceptable.

Hi everyone,I’m using a Basic (free) Zoom account.I cannot create or view meetings in the web portal or the desktop app.Every attempt returns this error:execute SQL error – MeetingOccurrenceInfoMapper.getItems – meeting_number = #{meetingNumber}Zoom Support mentioned that my account might have the BAA (HIPAA) security feature enabled, which blocks data sync, but I have no option to disable or manage it under “Plans and Billing → Plan Management”.This is a personal account, not subject to HIPAA compliance.Could someone from the Zoom team please help remove this BAA flag from my account?Thank you very much!
