Glad to have you here. On Android, Zoom meeting audio won’t use the “media speaker” unless the meeting audio is routed to the phone speaker inside Zoom.

Try these in order:

1. In the meeting, tap Speaker (or the speaker icon) to toggle speakerphone on/off.
2. Use your phone’s volume buttons while the meeting audio is playing to raise volume.
3. Test with headphones (wired/Bluetooth) to see if audio works there.
4. Restart your Android device.
5. Uninstall and reinstall the Zoom app from Google Play.
