Thank you for joining Zoom community. If your cloud recordings were deleted, it’s usually because they were moved to Trash (recoverable) or because your account was downgraded to Basic, which triggers deletion after a period of time.

What you can do now:

1. Check your Zoom Trash (recoverable up to 30 days)

• Sign in to the Zoom web portal
• Go to Recordings (Cloud Recordings)
• Open the Trash section and look for the missing recordings
• If they’re there, restore them

2. If your account was downgraded to Basic

• Cloud recordings are deleted after 30 days
• If you re-subscribe within that 30-day window, access can be restored
• If it’s been more than 30 days, the recordings are permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.
