I NEED TO CHAT OR TALK WITH A REAL PERSON! ITS SO FRUSTRATING!!!

This its so frustrating spending hour, trying to talk with someone, and impossible. 
My boss wants me as a Co-Host in every call, and be able to start meetings without him present at the beginning, everything that AI tells me its not a way possible, and my boss its getting mad because he its paying for that service and i cant figure it out, pleaseeee!!!

      We’re glad to have you here. 

      Co-host won’t meet what your boss is asking for.

      • Co-host: can only be assigned after the meeting has started, and can’t start the meeting. Only the host (or an alternative host) can start it. 
      • If your boss wants you to start the meeting when he isn’t there yet, you need to be set as an alternative host for the meeting(s). 

      Two ways to cover “every call”:

      1. If he schedules meetings from his calendar / Zoom, he should add you as an Alternative host on each meeting invite (or use a meeting template with you pre-filled, if available in your org).
      2. If he uses his Personal Meeting ID (PMI), he can schedule meetings using PMI and add you as Alternative host for those scheduled instances (it’s still tied to the scheduled meeting settings).

      Also, if the goal is “people can get in before he arrives,” he can set the meeting to allow participants to join without the host (this is separate from you starting it): disable Waiting Room and enable “allow participants to join anytime.”
