How to turn off chimes when unmuting/muting

I seem to suddenly have loud chimes  when I mute/unmute in Zoom meetings and other participants are hearing it too.

In the settings under Meetings & Webinars the “Play audio chime for mute/unmute” is turned off.

Any ideas how to stop this please?
