Remove AI assistant

Thank you for joining Zoom community! 

To turn off the AI assistant for email (Email Compose with AI Companion) in Zoom Mail:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin.
2. Go to Account Management > Account Settings.
3. Open the AI Companion tab.
4. Under Mail & Calendar, toggle off Email Compose with AI Companion.
