Unable to create account for Business Email

Hello,

I am trying to create a new Zoom account for my business email. When I enter the required sign up information the confirmation code is never sent to my email. I have checked all setting in my email and verified information is not blocked or going to spam/junk email. i have also verified no existing account with Zoom for my email.

How to fix??

    Sorry you're experiencing this issue. Since you've already checked your spam/junk folders and confirmed that the email address is not associated with an existing Zoom account, I would recommend trying the following:

    • Request the verification code again after a few minutes.

    • Check whether your email provider or company mail server is blocking emails from Zoom.

    • If you're using a business domain, ask your IT administrator to review email security filters and allow Zoom emails.

    • Try signing up with a different browser or network to rule out a temporary issue.

    According to Zoom's support documentation, activation and verification emails can sometimes be delayed or blocked by organizational email security settings. If the problem continues, contacting Zoom Support directly may be necessary so they can check whether your email address has been placed on a suppression or bounce list.
