I have uploaded latest Zoom Version am using Windows 11 again which I have just updated and I am using Zoom for first time next week with a Virtual course , the Video works fine but every time I go to access the Microphone to switch on it asks me to go to Settings to let Zoom have Access to Microphone - Both Tabs in Settings are set to accept microphone for Apps and other users. The correct microphone is listed on Zoom so it has found it OK but just will not access it. I have been into Device Manager and checked Microphone in there and there were to check boxes ticked for certain apps to take priority on the Microphone which I unchecked but still it does not accept. Anyone else come across this problem ??
the Zoom Workplace I've had issues with my meeting closing all of a sudden at the beginning of meetings. I don't have an internet problem because, I am connected via a fiber optic. What to do especially, I just using the pro system with monthly payment. I am not satisfied and I count to leave and to try another system for my video meetings

Hello. We requested to enable 720p recording option, but it is nowhere to be seen in the settings. I’ve looked at multiple help threads which describe various locations where it should be or has been, but there is not any option. Searching for 720 or HD doesn’t yield anything either. We requested a second time and they claim its already been activated. How can it be if we have no HD record toggle option available to us like has been described? Thanks for your assistance.
Sorry if I’m asking this question in the wrong forum but I couldn’t find a relevant one… I just signed up for Zoom Basic but when it came to downloading the software it insisted that I download Zoom Workspace edition. How/where can I download Zoom Basic?
Is there anyone else out there that is dissatisfied with this recent change with Transcribe in meetings? Since the host now has to start the transcribe feature in meeting, my users are not happy about it.
I hosted a Zoom meeting this past Saturday (6/6/26). The meeting time was scheduled for 1.5 hours. Zoom shut me off at 40 minutes. I have been assured that our account is current. Why did it limit me to 40 mimutes?

howdy all - Yup, I search the boards here alot, and the ol internet, and ChatGPT, Copilot, etc. I manage an enterprise AVD Gov environment. We have MacBook users (Lastest MacOS). We are unable to have successfully ZoomVDI plugins pair when connecting to any type of MS VDI service.As everyone is probably aware. Media redirection is a must have for VDI users.I even gone as far as building my own personal AVD commercial environment AND subscribed to a person W365 desktop for testing/troubleshooting. using my own personal Macbook as well. I have completely removed any work related variables.Using the latest Windows App version, Zoom VDI 7.0.10followed everything to the tee - Using the Zoom VDI client with AVD/Windows 365 on macOSVDI releases and downloadsreset TCC on the macbook many times - evern went as far as manually editing TCC to forcing access the camera/mic.I’m out of options. It would be nice if I could email somebody at Zoom to talk about a bug they previously fixed but has recently returned… Seems like I can’t create support tickets anymore for some reason, and the previous ticket is now closed. This is a previous message from support describing how the bug occurred (their words, not mine): Our engineering team has identified the root cause. It appears that when the meeting was previously deleted and subsequently recovered, it caused the expiration index to not be cleared. My firm would like to start using SMS. Our goal is to reach out to clients or have clients reach out to us. We are not looking to use it for Marketing purposes or use it for Blast type announcements. I am reading things related to Campaigns and it’s confusing me a bit. It appears that Campaigns are more for marketing than for communications. Is it possible to use SMS and not setup campaigns? Can anyone tell me why there is a 5 second delay after I hear someone’s voicemail greeting and before I can leave a message? Also, after the 5 second delay, there is a LOUD woman’s voice giving me instructions on how to leave a voicemail. I don’t need that. No one needs that. Can I remove both the delay and instructions?
Dear Zoom community, for the last few weeks I have been experiencing severe system slowdowns during Zoom video calls on Linux. In Zoom meetings, it suddenly happens that the interaction with all programs becomes laggy. I'm hoping someone can point me toward better diagnostic tools or steps to understand what's going wrong. Hi everyone,After a late-May update, I can still see Captions (CC) in Breakout Rooms, but the “Transcript” option is missing inside Breakout Rooms. Therefore, I cannot save the meeting transcripts unless the conversation takes place in the main session.In the main session, the transcript option appears and works. In Breakout Rooms, captions display, but there is no save option in the captions/transcription menu. There’s a weekly meeting that I’ve attended for years. Never had a problem with seeing and saving the live transcript until a few weeks ago. Now, when I click on Transcript nothing happens. No error codes, nothing happening to the display. Zoom’s VA is dumber than mud and after literally hours trying to troubleshoot with it, I’m done wasting my time there. Others in the meeting can still see/save the live transcript just fine.I have a basic, free account. I’m using the zoom app on a Windows laptop. Windows is up to date, zoom is up to date, everything is up to date.Please help!
The end survey only appears on the lobby and the thank you emails, it would be more visible if the companion app would redirect attendees to it directly, would it be possible to add this as a new feature please?

Zoom opens the file save dialog, I choose a destination such as ~/Downloads, /tmp, or another folder, but Zoom immediately shows Failed.The same files can be downloaded successfully from the Zoom web version. File previews inside the desktop client also work, so the file is accessible and the network side seems to be fine.
