Live transcript: can no longer view/save but others in meeting can
There’s a weekly meeting that I’ve attended for years. Never had a problem with seeing and saving the live transcript until a few weeks ago. Now, when I click on Transcript nothing happens. No error codes, nothing happening to the display. Zoom’s VA is dumber than mud and after literally hours trying to troubleshoot with it, I’m done wasting my time there. Others in the meeting can still see/save the live transcript just fine.
I have a basic, free account. I’m using the zoom app on a Windows laptop. Windows is up to date, zoom is up to date, everything is up to date.
Please help!
