Sorry if I’m asking this question in the wrong forum but I couldn’t find a relevant one… I just signed up for Zoom Basic but when it came to downloading the software it insisted that I download Zoom Workspace edition. How/where can I download Zoom Basic?

I can see why that would be confusing. “Zoom Basic” refers to your account plan, not a separate software download. The application you download is “Zoom Workplace," and you simply sign in with your basic account to access the free plan features.
