Hello, I'm organizing a zoom event and we have over 100 people registered. I have a meeting offer for up to 100 people and a webinar offer for up to 500 people. I'd like to know if I can convert the session to webinar mode. I can't do it despite the tutorials explained on Zoom. ( I don't see anything on my platform) Can you please help me ASAP?

Hello, I am a member of the marketing team and currently planning a Zoom webinar. My Zoom account is corporate, where I am listed as a member, not the owner. This might be why I cannot view participant email addresses in the reports. Additionally, my lack of administrative privileges prevents me from linking Zoom to other systems. I've compared my private (individual/owner) account with my corporate (company/member) account. With my private account, I can create apps and connect to webhooks, which are not possible with my corporate account. However, my private account is not a Pro account, so I am unable to access reports or achieve my objectives. I understand that corporate accounts have various restrictions, such as not being approved to 'collect email addresses from respondents'. It seems there are many measures in place that prevent me from collecting comprehensive webinar data. Could you advise on the type of account I should consider? Also, my team needs to host multiple webinars simultaneously, suggesting we might need multiple accounts. I am also interested in Zoom Events. Would it be beneficial for us? We hosted a webinar on 31st May, 2024 we faced multiple technical issues the webinar had around 150+ registrations and around 100 attendees. The problem started 4 minutes after the webinar started: We have been conducting webinars for past 3 years but now we have faced this issue for the second time consecutively in the webinars.
1) The attendees were automatically being moved to blocked/denied tab and this was happening continuously that me and my team were unblocking the attendees but again they were getting blocked. 'It was showing the host has kicked you out of the meeting' to the attends
2) Then the panelists were also removed from the webinar again and again, panelists camera video was also acting up, the slide deck that was being presented also started to have issues, the attendees in the middle of the webinar moved as Panelists and from 100 attendees the number gradually dropped to 10 because of constant blockage of the attendees, although we were continuously unblocking.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME DIAGNOSE THIS PROBLEM, IS THERE ANY CAUSE TO THIS OR IS THIS A TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY?!

I am facing the issue that the "Breakout room - Webinar" option in the menu Admin -> Account Management -> Account Settings is not showing up, so there is no way to turn it on.
Any ideas?
Hi there! I have alternate hosts set up for my multi-session Zoom event. We are doing some testing at the moment ahead of our event on 18 June. An alternate host should be able to start the backstage of an event, however that option is not showing for our alternate hosts. It is important that multiple people have the ability to start a session. How do I ensure that is possible? Is there a certain time frame when they can start it? Thanks for your help!

We are hosting an event for the general public that is paid. However, there is one group of people who we want to provide free access to the event and the recordings of it for the next year as a part of a package they have been sold. Is there a way for us to create a code that only they use which gives them free access? Or a link we can create which would allow them to attend live, as well as to see the recordings later?

Good morning, Our company holds roughly 30 webinars a year. This year, we are using HubSpot as our overall sales and marketing CRM and platform. What I'd like to know is, how can we make it where if a HubSpot form is filled out it simultaneously fills out and registers the person for the Zoom webinars? This way, the user won't have to click "Register" again when he gets to the Zoom registration form.

Hello, I'm new in webinars admin. I did a practice with my client and agency today and we were connected with 5 computers. All of them viewed panelist desktop sharing very well, but only three viewed panelist camera and sharing video good (two via LAN and one via WiFi), two of the viewed very poor. We checked the band speed of those with problems and they were good (speed test showed 600 Mbps, both via WiFi). The only common part of the two that had problem with video quality is that they have quite old computers, but what I don't understand is why they viewed desktop sharing of the panelist good and webcam/video sharing poor. Can you help me to understand why someone had problems and someone not, considering that is not a band speed problem? Thanks a lot!
