I want to host a webinar as I have done previously. The feature does not work, and it want tme to open OnZoom. OnZoom is only open for few people in the USA. I am paying for webinars, and now I can not use the feature. What is going on?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @A4Medier.

 

OnZoom is not a Webinar product – it is separate, and due to a variety of reasons (unknown to me – I’m not a Zoom employee) it has only been made available to US residents.

 

What part of Zoom Webinar didn’t work for you?  I’ve used it successfully many times, but maybe your needs are different than mine.
