Hi, Is it possible to change the speed of comments in a zoom chat with 800 people? We hold a monthly webinar and it is primarily to provide information and to answer questions. Our events usually have 500-800 viewers and the chat moves very quickly. Is there a way to slow the movement of the chat so we can easily see questions?

I just did a meeting and recorded it, the recording NEVER showed me talking. The people DID see me while I talked. The only thing "off" I notice is that MY personal setting was to gallery view not speaker.
Hi, in my Event configuration I have selected the option to record the event directly when the event is started. It should be stored on my local PC. But, when the event is really startet, the recording doesn't start as expected. Starting it manually was working. But I expected it to be started automatically. Is there any setting I have missed? Hello, Yesterday I had a webinar using Zoom Events. In the settings, I had explicitly switched on that the recording should take place locally and immediately at the start of the event.
I relied on that. Unfortunately.
At the end of the webinar, only the chat was saved. Nothing more. So why is this setting there if it doesn't work? Is there still a chance to access the recording?

How can I provide a "direct" link for those who prefer not to register, similar to how it is typically done in webinars without a registration requirement? I would like to have this link available for sharing with colleagues, especially for those who do not need to register.

How can I see what the limit is for number of participants for a zoom webinar with my account plan? Under the invitations tab, it says 'Webinar size: 3000 attendees' is this the limit of participants or the limit of registrants or is it the same thing? I assume zoom wouldn't let that many people register if they couldn't all attend.
I have 775 registered so far which is more than we have had before so I just wanted to double check they will all be able to attend.

Hi, in February we live-streamed educational programs from San Ignacio Lagoon, Mexico into classrooms across the country. We used an iPhone, Starlink and Zoom Webinar. We want to do another program using multiple camera inputs including a drone. Is there a software program that we can use to manage these different feeds and then feed into Zoom, other than Zoom's share screen? Thanks

Please help! I got this email 3 hours ago. "Your paid subscription has previously expired. Your cloud recordings are now being deleted from our systems." I forgot to download the recordings of my webinars when I unsubscribed. Are they gone forever, or if I pay for webinar again ($111 / month) could I get them back? Anything i can do to stop my webinars from being deleted? Thank you!

Hi, Does anyone have experience selling in zoom expo booths? My sponsors are e.g. publishers and artists and would like to take orders and payments while in their booth. How would the customer have access to any payment method, or an outside link? Would that have to be individually communicated via chat to each customer or downloaded in a .pdf? Maybe these links could be listed somewhere in an online reference? Any ideas are welcome. Thanks, Lis
