"Direct" join link in events with registration

How can I provide a "direct" link for those who prefer not to register, similar to how it is typically done in webinars without a registration requirement? I would like to have this link available for sharing with colleagues, especially for those who do not need to register.

You can choose whether to require registration or not.
If you require registration, you can register attendees in a webinar by importing a CSV file.
Using third-party software, you can register users for meetings or webinars via the API.

If you choose registration, you can not have a "back door" for friends. Please note that every person registered has their own individual meeting code when registered.

I have a particular issue where I have already registrants through the Required registration.  But I need the Direcct link for another platform.  Is it possible to have the required on there still, and still get a direct link?  If not, and I have to cancel the requirement, what happens to all those people who only have access to the link with the required setting?
