Trying to verify our domain in zoom. Running into this error message: Domain verification failed "Your domain verification failed because of a misconfigured CName record. You can try verifying again or use another verification method." 

I have worked with the instructions from zooms article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057580

And followed the support of this zoom article: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Events-and-Webinars/Branding-Domain-Verification-Parameters/m-p/185649#M11753

Still having no luck getting the the domain verified. Thank you to anyone that spends the time to assist on this issue.

I'm a newbie with Zoom seminars and am trying to set one up.  All good so far, except that when I invite myself using an alternative email address as a speaker to test things, the link to 'Join' the event takes me to the Backstage (with "Off Air").  That's good, but when I do that, I see the "Start Webinar" at the top.  

How can I stop other speakers from starting the event (when that is surely what the host does)?

I am mindful that I've been using the same Zoom interface (as the host) but have signed out of it.

When attendees register for our Zoom webinars, the country field in the registration form defaults to the United States when we are in Australia. This results in many registrants selecting the US as their country and not selecting a State, making us miss essential data and collecting incorrect data.

How can we set a default country for Webinar Registrations? If this is not possible, can Zoom detect Country and auto-default to the correct country?

I've been trying to help someone with an Android wanting to join our webinar as a panelist with a unique link

He gets a screen with a Launch button half hidden and can only join via a browser.

This works , but his volume is low and of course not as many features.

Anyone come across this before?

He uses zoom often on his android and has never had a problem.

When we tried a regular meeting link it worked fine. Webinar unique link ... can only join via browser.

Tried restarting phone - same results

I didn't gather more info as I didn't want to take up too much of his time - and we have a work around - joining via the browser with headphones seems to work sufficiently.
I'm just left puzzled

We hosted a webinar today. User A was the main host, and User B was assigned within the webinar set up interface as the alternate host. User B received the email from zoom with the note about being an alternate host. 

When User B tries to click on the Start Webinar button, it says you must sign in as the host to start the webinar. That clearly defeats the purpose of an alternate host being able to start things. And would require you to log in with User A's credentials, which is what we ended up doing. 

User B also tried to just simply join the webinar using the reminder email. That didn't work either. 

Any experience here on how to solve these challenges? Thanks.
