Hi,

Does anyone have experience selling in zoom expo booths? My sponsors are e.g. publishers and artists and would like to take orders and payments while in their booth. How would the customer have access to any payment method, or an outside link? Would that have to be individually communicated via chat to each customer or downloaded in a .pdf? Maybe these links could be listed somewhere in an online reference?

Any ideas are welcome.

Hi,  I added a question to the pre registration page but it is not showing up on the registration page.  I checked both boxes for the zip code i.e. required and  enabled fields but when I try and register with another email address it zip code does not appear.

When I organise a webinar, Zoom won't send me a meeting to my integrated calendar, but I have it in Zoom scheduled meetings. Zoom doesn't send me any email about the meeting unless I delete it. 
 
Has anybody experienced a similar issue? I don't want to make a copy of it just for myself.

Hi!

We used to Record to Computer our webinars and the layout was set to show the shared screen (i.e. a ppt presentation that occupied 3/4 of the monitor) and the speaker's video (a thumbnail size sitting next to the presentation). 

Something's changed recently on Zoom (an update?) and the speaker's video shows on the top-right hand corner of the monitor, over the shared screen, then it disappears, only to display the shared screen.

We tested the following scenarios:

Host = Sharing screen = Speaker

Host = Sharing screen = Not the speaker

Has anyone got any advice?

A webinar speaker added and joined by the speaker quick link but he couldn't see or access Backstage. I was able to access the Backstage, but the speaker joined straight in the Webinar area and didn't have the option for Backstage. How do I make sure all speakers have access to Backstage?

UPDATE: answer given below is not correct for my problem. I am talking about a person not the hardware on my computer.

UPDATE 2: this was solved by the speaker updating their Zoom to the newest version. He initially thought it was up-to- date but found that his computer's security had actually prevented his Zoom app from updating.

I host a webinar with a survey set up at the end of the session every month, and I can usually download the Attendee Report and Survey Results. However, nothing shows up when I filter a date on Step 2: Choose a Webinar this time. Would you be able to help me with this?   

Couple of questions for a webinar 

- We are trying to embed the zoom registration form in our landing page

- The registration form will have 

• First Name
• Last name
• Email
• Company
• We will have 5 sessions mentioned on this form each happening every second week the same time. Can the attendee click on the session they would like to attend
• If yes, will the attendee receive say three (depending on the session) they attend separate links as calendar invites - their unique link. 

Please advise.

Is is possible to reschedule or duplicate a past webinar AND keep the existing registered participants?

I want to assure that those who have registered will still have access to the event.

If the date is changed to the new date are updated notifications sent?
