I'm looking to automate the manual approval process via the Zoom Salesforce Integration feature, but am having issues. I understand registrants can be manually approved by opeing the webinar record in Salesforce, selecting the registrants in the "Pending For Approval" tab, and hitting the approve button. The registration records in Salesforce have a status field indicating "Pending For Approval", however, changing that field to "Approved" does not sync back to Zoom and approve that registrant. I'd love for this to be the case, because I can easily create automation for when a zoom registration record is created in Salesforce, look up to see if that account is a member, and if so, change that status to Approved. Has anyone run into this, or have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Currently, I have a list of emails that is imported into the zoom as panelists. Not all of them are actually panelists but we like to have the unique links for everyone just in case. The problem is when we have to reschedule the dates, everyone on that list gets a notification email. Is there a way to remove that date change notification email?

I'm trying to use the incoming livestream feature on a webinar and I'm trying to stream from a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro ISO. I copied the server URL and stream key from my webinar session into the ATEM Control Software and hit "On Air" to begin streaming, but the incoming livestream popup on Zoom shows "No data" where the stream should be. I updated both the ATEM software (10.0) and the Zoom Workplace app (6.6.0) to their most recent versions. I tried streaming from OBS to the same webinar session to see if Zoom wasn't accepting the incoming stream for some reason, and streaming from OBS worked. I also tried streaming from my ATEM to YouTube and Facebook to see if the ATEM wasn't sending a stream, but that worked as well. So the ATEM seems to be able to send a stream and Zoom seems to be able to receive one, but I can't get the two to work together. Ideally I would love to be able to stream into the webinar instead of connecting the ATEM as a webcam via USB because the ATEM only has one USB output and I would like to use it to record ISO feeds and cut decisions to an SSD instead.

Hello. I teach a class in Zoom and often prefer the webinar format. When in the meeting format, when someone presses a floating emoji, their name is attached to it, so, as the teacher/host, I can better engage with the students/audience. Could there please be an option to have the same thing happen during a webinar? The floating emojis in webinars do not indicate which attendee shared the emoji. It would be great if that were visible as it is in meetings. Please consider it. Thank you.

"Send Preview Email" is not sending the sample to my email. I have tried a few different upcoming webinars and clicked "Send Preview email" to myself and it is not sending. I have tried to send the follow up, confirmation and other emails to check my edits with no success. I have changed the email address to check on that and no luck. Please help.

Hello!
We've been using Zoom Webinars for a few years now (albeit not continuously), and we didn't have any problems with the "view only" option when sharing a webinar recording.
Go to webinar recording, click the "Share" button, click the "More settings" button, set expiration date, uncheck "Viewers can download", check "Viewers need to register to watch" option, check "Password" option, uncheck "Allow invitees to access recordings without the passcode, click "Save". Enter the email address(es), click send.
This is what we did, and the page that opened from the Zoom email link is the video "portal" to watch the video.
And now, for whatever reason, doing this in the webinar recording sends the email, but when the link is clicked, the video "portal" opens and the "Download (xx) files" link is displayed in the "portal."
How do I prevent this?
Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, if I reactivate my Pro subscription, can I download reports from last week's webinar? Thanks for your help.
In a webinar I recently hosted, the attendees were adding helpful links in the chat. When I downloaded the chat after the session, I was no longer able to access the links. When they shared the URL, they presented as the page title, and that's all the chat seemed to save. Is there a way I can access the links shared in the chat after the webinar as the host/webinar owner?

When setting up my webinar, I selected "Automatically record to the cloud." However, once the webinar concluded, the recording was not there and the "automatically record" was not selected. I would assume that Zoom has the recording somewhere - How can I recover my webinar?
