I'm trying to get a ticket ID for my integration with HubSpot for a Zoom Sessions event that already exists, but no Ticketing tab is showing up under Registration & Join. I have a Zoom Sessions Unlimited license so I should have permissions for it.

 

Why isn't the ticketing tab appearing? TIA

Hi! I will be using webinar breakout rooms for the first time today. I scheduled the webinar BEFORE upgrading to Zoom sessions. I have enabled breakout rooms in account management... just concerned that the breakout rooms wont be there when I start the webinar! Is there any way to test it? I tried a test webinar and maybe because it was just me there, the breakout rooms wasn't showing in the webinar controls. 

 

Do I just have to trust it will appear for me? 

 

It would be better to be able to create the rooms before the webinar starts!

Zooms definition of one month for webinar reporting purposes is INACCURATE. It says you can go back one month. Today is December 5th. I need to pull a webinar attendance report for November 15th. It doesn't show up. Zooms definition of one month appears to be 19 days

Missed Webinar

I missed the webinar on November 6th due to having emergency surgery. it was titled Introducing the all-new and NRS approved TABE 13/14 and TABE CLAS-E, Forms C & D. was this recorded so that I can watch the replay now that Im back at work?

Zoom Events - Hub Recordings & Resources

During the live sessions we have Resources, but once the live session ends, I do not see any Resources. We reference them in the sessions and it will be odd to not have access to them in the recordings. How do we give them access to the Resources?

I'm trying to upload a video for the waiting room and keep getting this message: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

 

The server or network has not failed, the format is mp4, the size is under 30mb. Last time I got it to finally load but then it did not play in the waiting room when the webinar went live. 

 

I'm working in Safari in case that's relevant. I also tried in Chrome with the same results.

ウェビナーを使って、講演会を実施します。すでに500人のプランを購入して、ウェビナーをスケジューリングしており、ウェビナーの機能を使って参加申込を行っています。しかしまだ募集を始めたばかりなのに、300人の応募が届いてしまったので、参加人数を1000人に増やしたいと思っています。この場合、ウェビナーのプランを「プランと請求」のページで1000人に「追加」すれば、URLはそのままで参加者数の上限を1000人に増やせるのでしょうか?教えていただければ大変助かります。よろしくお願いします。 Show more

ZOOM webinars starting automatically during practice session

We've been using Zoom for multiple years. Over the last month or so, we've noticed that attendees are coming into the meeting well before the start and during the practice sessions. Is there some sort of setting for the webinars that is new? We don't... Show more

We've been using Zoom for multiple years.  Over the last month or so, we've noticed that attendees are coming into the meeting well before the start and during the practice sessions.   Is there some sort of setting for the webinars that is new?  We don't want them entering before the start time. In the past, we could start the practice session and then click a red button that said something along the lines of, "Start Webinar". Upon clicking the button, attendees could join, but not before this.  What changed?

Hello Zoom community! After a recent webinar, I went to pull the attendee report and saw there are now CTA and survey report options as well.  I found this video on creating a survey, but I can't find anything on creating or using calls to action (CTAs) in a webinar.

 

The Getting Started with Zoom Reporting support article makes no mention of a CTA report. The only mention of calls to action that I can find anywhere in the support documents is in the April 3 update that mentions a new attendee feature:

  • Back to the Lobby call to action
    The lobby window on the Zoom client will be brought to the front of a user’s screen when a session ends or will be opened if the lobby window was closed.

Is this what the report option is referencing?

 

It sure would be nice to be able to create a call to action within a Zoom webinar for attendees to schedule a meeting, download a PDF, etc. - beyond just posting a hyperlink in chat. A robust CTA option is the only missing feature that has kept us from using Zoom for all our webinars!
