I'm trying to upload a video for the waiting room and keep getting this message: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

 

The server or network has not failed, the format is mp4, the size is under 30mb. Last time I got it to finally load but then it did not play in the waiting room when the webinar went live. 

 

I'm working in Safari in case that's relevant. I also tried in Chrome with the same results.

ウェビナーを使って、講演会を実施します。すでに500人のプランを購入して、ウェビナーをスケジューリングしており、ウェビナーの機能を使って参加申込を行っています。しかしまだ募集を始めたばかりなのに、300人の応募が届いてしまったので、参加人数を1000人に増やしたいと思っています。この場合、ウェビナーのプランを「プランと請求」のページで1000人に「追加」すれば、URLはそのままで参加者数の上限を1000人に増やせるのでしょうか?教えていただければ大変助かります。よろしくお願いします。 Show more

ZOOM webinars starting automatically during practice session

We've been using Zoom for multiple years. Over the last month or so, we've noticed that attendees are coming into the meeting well before the start and during the practice sessions. Is there some sort of setting for the webinars that is new? We don't... Show more

We've been using Zoom for multiple years.  Over the last month or so, we've noticed that attendees are coming into the meeting well before the start and during the practice sessions.   Is there some sort of setting for the webinars that is new?  We don't want them entering before the start time. In the past, we could start the practice session and then click a red button that said something along the lines of, "Start Webinar". Upon clicking the button, attendees could join, but not before this.  What changed?

Hello Zoom community! After a recent webinar, I went to pull the attendee report and saw there are now CTA and survey report options as well.  I found this video on creating a survey, but I can't find anything on creating or using calls to action (CTAs) in a webinar.

 

The Getting Started with Zoom Reporting support article makes no mention of a CTA report. The only mention of calls to action that I can find anywhere in the support documents is in the April 3 update that mentions a new attendee feature:

  • Back to the Lobby call to action
    The lobby window on the Zoom client will be brought to the front of a user’s screen when a session ends or will be opened if the lobby window was closed.

Is this what the report option is referencing?

 

It sure would be nice to be able to create a call to action within a Zoom webinar for attendees to schedule a meeting, download a PDF, etc. - beyond just posting a hyperlink in chat. A robust CTA option is the only missing feature that has kept us from using Zoom for all our webinars!

Hello everyone,

I am facing a difficulty and looking for help: I planned a meeting for Thrusday (so it has not taken place yet) with a mandatory inscription followed by a question (i would like to know if the participant wants to intervene during the meeting). I would like to have access to the answer of my 15 participants, but I can only access the name and the email address of the person who registered. When I go to the "report" session, i can only access my previous meeting but not those that will take place... Can you please tell me where can i retreive all my participants informations?

I am unable to turn on the custom disclaimer setting for my upcoming webinar. 

 

I created the webinar on Monday and when I go back into the settings, I am not being allowed to toggle on the custom disclaimer.

I'm considering using Zoom for a one-hour virtual fundraiser for 200-300 people. I need a button or link displayed throughout the session that takes attendees to a donation page. Can Zoom do this? Other webinar software that has this feature typicall... Show more

I'm considering using Zoom for a one-hour virtual fundraiser for 200-300 people. I need a button or link displayed throughout the session that takes attendees to a donation page. Can Zoom do this? Other webinar software that has this feature typically requires an annual subscription. Since this is a one-time event, I want to pay for just one month.

Powerpoint embeded audio not audible for the audience

I shared embedded Powerpoint video/audio in a webinar. I could hear the audio in my headphones but the audience could not hear the audio. I tested the audio in the practice session and all panelists and presenters were able to hear the audio. We started the webinar and played the video and the presenters, panelists and audience could not hear the audio. I (host) could hear the audio in my headphones. Is there a setting that is wrong? I have done this before and it has worked.
