Zoom Sessions or Meetings or Webinars?

Dear All,

I would like to ask for clarification regarding the type of Zoom license I should use for the following requirements:

1. I need to import a list of participants (registration via a Zoom registration form is not possible).
2. I need to use breakout rooms.

Am I correct in understanding that the Zoom Sessions license would be the most suitable for these needs?

you can pre-register by importing csv for zoom sessions.  breakout rooms is also available in both Webinar and Sessions once you purchase the Sessions licence.
