Hola, tengo Zoom Pro y voy hacer un webinar ya se inscribieron más de 100 personas, quería saber si puedo contratar por un día como excepción que la sala sea más grande.
Por el momento no me interesa pagar el siguiente nivel de la sala 500 personas porque ha sido algo puntual, pero me gustaría saber si por un periodo puedo hacer la sala más grande.

I have paid for my zoom account---I checked and the payment was processed---but I am unable to start a webinar. The purpose of the webinar is to practice using the controls so that I am familiar with them: However, when I start the process, I get the following error: Not enable webinar feature. We've been testing the webinar feature lately for a big event coming up. In one of our tests, we were able to invite all audience members to unmute so they could applaud for the main speaker. But during our second test run, this feature didn't work. The host clicked 'invite everyone to unmute' but no one got the pop up bubble asking them to unmute. Does anyone know what could be going on here?

I am hosting a webinar and cannot figure out how to disable the raise hand function. I thought I used to go into the participants, and I selected "Disable raised hand", but it is not there anymore.
I have checked my settings. This feature works in meetings--But it wont allow me to check "Share sound" on videos within the webinar feature. Thanks in advance.
One of our Zoom users has scheduled an important webinar. She added multiple alternate hosts to the webinar, but none of them received the invitation email. Resending the invitation also does not work, although Zoom gives a message indicating the invitation was sent. Invitations are not in people's individual junk mail, nor caught by our corporate spam. Checking the email system shows the messages never arrived. However, other scheduled webinars' alternate host invitations work correctly. It's just this one critical webinar having a problem. - Will an alternate host be able to start the meeting from the link that went to regular attendees, or does the alternate host invitation send a special link they need? -Any ideas what could be causing the invitations not to be sent/delivered correctly? It's not an issue with our corporate email system.
