I am unable to register for public webinars with my free zoom account. 

I am trying to join a public webinar hosted by Aurora Energy: 

https://auroraer.zoom.us/webinar/register/1817338665272/WN_Za6zPKuiQEubkfNhvOTW1g#/registration
However, when I enter my registration information, I get an error saying "This webinar is only for authorized people. Register with a different email address". Although the webinar is clearly a public webinar, and the email adress I use for registration has a free zoom account associated with it. 

I have raised this issue with Zoom in several tickets over the last few months, without getting any helpful response. Now my tickets are simply being closed whenever I create them. 

Anyone else has similar problems, or is there anyone with a free zoom account who has actually been able to register for a public webinar?

Webinar Breakout Room

Is anyone having issues turning on breakout rooms in webinar. When you select the webinar tab there is no toggle to enable break out room.

Resolved! Extend webinar duration while webinar is in progress

I've set up a webinar for 2 hours. Is it possible to extend the duration after the webinar has started, so to add another 30 minutes for it to end at 2:30 while the webinar is still in progress? This is for a paid webinar subscription and I am the Zo... Show more

I've set up a webinar for 2 hours.  Is it possible to extend the duration after the webinar has started, so to add another 30 minutes for it to end at 2:30 while the webinar is still in progress?  This is for a paid webinar subscription and I am the Zoom account admin.

Generating prospects in Pardot via form handler configuration missing in Pardot App?

Hi Community I've installed the Pardot App, but when I go into my 'Webinar' > 'Integrations', the only option is to generate prospects via Forms. How do I add Form Handlers? I don't see an option in 'Configure App' to turn or toggle Form Handlers on.... Show more

I've installed the Pardot App, but when I go into my 'Webinar' > 'Integrations', the only option is to generate prospects via Forms. How do I add Form Handlers? I don't see an option in 'Configure App' to turn or toggle Form Handlers on. Is it even an option anymore?

Speaker logo in webinar registration not showing

The speaker logo is square JPG and 160 pixels x 160 pixels but does not show up on the registration page. Is there a way to rectify this? I have inserted it in the bio page under branding.

Round logo not recognised in branding for webinar

I have inserted a 160 x 160 pixels round logo against a webinar speaker's bio in branding, but it doesn't appear on the registration page. Does it absolutely need to be square? I am pretty sure I've featured round ones in the past.

Hola, tengo Zoom Pro y voy hacer un webinar ya se inscribieron más de 100 personas, quería saber si puedo contratar por un día como excepción que la sala sea más grande.

Por el momento no me interesa pagar el siguiente nivel de la sala 500 personas porque ha sido algo puntual, pero me gustaría saber si por un periodo puedo hacer la sala más grande.

However, when I start the process, I get the following error: Not enable webinar feature. (1,122)

 

 

 

I am trying to follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Webinars.
  3. Click a webinar with a practice session.
  4. Click Start Practice Session.

We've been testing the webinar feature lately for a big event coming up. In one of our tests, we were able to invite all audience members to unmute so they could applaud for the main speaker. But during our second test run, this feature didn't work. ... Show more

We've been testing the webinar feature lately for a big event coming up. In one of our tests, we were able to invite all audience members to unmute so they could applaud for the main speaker. But during our second test run, this feature didn't work. The host clicked 'invite everyone to unmute' but no one got the pop up bubble asking them to unmute. Does anyone know what could be going on here?

I am hosting a webinar and cannot figure out how to disable the raise hand function. I thought I used to go into the participants, and I selected "Disable raised hand", but it is not there anymore.
