Hi! I think our Zoom room has been deleted. 'cause I was about to edit the meeting link, but I couldn't find any of the Tuesday calls. However, the recordings are still there, along with the most recent Tuesday call. So, I tried searching for the meeting ID in the meetings section -> previous, but nothing showed up.

Is there a way to view results for the live Q&A as to which questions were most upvoted after the webinar has ended? I cannot find any related data in the report.

Hi y'all,

I have a Zoom Workplace account (paid) + a Zoom Events account (paid).  I signed up specifically to use the Simulive but in the Hub I am told I need a "Advanced Video CMS license" in order to upload a video.  I've been trying for 2 weeks to purchase or even get pricing but Zoom sales has been absolutely awful (bounced from person to person, can't even get simple pricing yet.  

Does anyone know how I could get this working quickly, my webinar is tomorrow 😞

As described in the title, I'm having some issues around authentication. I am running a series of 4 webinars and, despite disabling the requirement that users log in to a zoom account to join the webinar, Zoom still requires it anyway. 

 

I have tested this by attempting to join as an attendee using my personal account. When doing so, I get asked to log in to my Zoom account and then I am taken to the webinar sign up page and have to sign up again. When I do this, I get an email saying that my registration has been updated. I have received several complaints from customers who have encountered this issue and refused to sign up for a Zoom account so weren't able to attend, and some have said that even after logging in they couldn't join anyway.

 

Note that the webinar in question is a repeating webinar, with 4 instances taking place on a specific day of the week over the course of 4 weeks—although I don't see how this could be causing such an issue.

 

I have run dozens of webinars in the past and have never encountered this issue before.

I have two questions:

 

  1. Is it possible to have the registration form already on the event page, saving the attendees a click?
  2. The webinar title, the Registrant information & Registration questions all have this boring grey colour. Is it possible to re-adjust the colour to be black?

I have created a survey to get feedback from participants. A good overview is provided and I can download a CSV file.
I would like to print in PDF the result overview with the graph and answers. I cannot find the way to do so. 🤔
If I print the web page, not all responses chow, neither does the bar chart.
Help please!

Changing the name of a webinar

We have scheduled a Zoom webinar and would like to make a minor change to the name of it, but when trying to do so it warns us that participants are already registered. Will changing the name of a webinar affect existing registrations?

Registration link not work - attendees trying to register receiving error message

When my attendees try to register for my webinar they keep receiving this message "This webinar is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address."

Event registrants change to no show before event started

Hi, recently some of our events that were set up to April changed the status of the registrants to no show but the events did not start yet. 

In some of the cases there was a practice by some of our reps but they did not start the event. 

 

How can we make sure it's not changing the status before the event starts?
