Hi y'all,

I have a Zoom Workplace account (paid) + a Zoom Events account (paid).  I signed up specifically to use the Simulive but in the Hub I am told I need a "Advanced Video CMS license" in order to upload a video.  I've been trying for 2 weeks to purchase or even get pricing but Zoom sales has been absolutely awful (bounced from person to person, can't even get simple pricing yet.

Does anyone know how I could get this working quickly, my webinar is tomorrow 😞

Greg

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @GregoryR.

Sorry for not seeing your post earlier. Likely by now you've discovered again that this is not something Zoom approves "just because you ask for it".

I don't believe the Advanced Video CMS is a requirement for uploading a video for a Simulive. See the Note in this Zoom Support article:

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068467

The Video CMS reference is here, and I believe doesn't apply to the Simulive upload use case;

Zoom won't enable the Upload a Video feature unless your organization meets certain "Zoom revenue requirements" which are not documented anywhere for us as customers to know.  I'm struggling to get one of my Zoom Pro clients enabled for it now... and am awaiting a decision.
