Not able to see/join the meeting. it was scheduled through zoom scheduler
i received email from zoom to join the meeting but when i click the meeting link then it just redirects me to zoom homepage instead of the meeting link!

I am the scheduler for a regular meeting. When I set up the Zoom session, Zoom gives me a new Meeting ID but sets up my personal sign-on password, thus exposing it to every one who is invited. Zoom used to generate a new meeting password each time but, for a couple of months now it just re-uses (and exposes) my personal password.

we have a colleague set as host and she appears in all invites as host, which is bad. This was done by mistake, but I cannot find where this setting can be changed.
Whenever I schedule a Zoom meeting on my desktop, the email invite opens in the old version of Outlook instead of the New Outlook, which I prefer to use. I've already set the New Outlook as my default email app in my system settings, but Zoom still defaults to the old version. ICS files are set to open in New Outlook btw. Does anyone know how I can fix this so that Zoom opens email invites in the New Outlook? Any help would be appreciated!

my meetings are getting randomly cancelled for all the attendees without me triggering any action. I am receiving an email from Zoom Scheduler that the meeting is cancelled.

Is there a way to use a consistent link for all appointments booked through a Booking page on Scheduler? Only the location is edited when I try to edit the location and confirmation emails. Because I have to include the link on another platform, for every meeting, having one link would reduce the likelihood of an error.

Hi I am trying out Zoom Scheduler for free to see if it works for me. I have a Zoom calendar that aggregates all my calendars - gmail, iCloud, etc. Now that I have set up permissions for Zoom scheduler, I am not seeing any of my meetings in Zoom calendar. Meaning the scheduler is showing all my time slots are available when I have several meetings booked next week that I dont see. Please not all these are meetings that were booked before I installed Zoom Scheduler. Please advise! Thanks.

I have a non Zoom commitment at a time which normally would be available for clients to book. How do I remove it from my schedule? I tried the Date override and put the date and time on it but it doesn't seem to do anything. What am I doing wrong? What should I do? Thanks
