What is Zoom Scheduler?

Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. This behaviour first appeared in the last couple of days. I have many recurring meetings each week but their times vary. I regularly update the meeting schedule in advance with the new times. Now I cannot do this. When opening the schedule for a meeting, the time is set on the present minute. If I change the time to the correct time in the future, the saved meeting reverts to the present time. Sending the meeting to the recipient, the calendar link is also set to the present time, which is chaotic for my (and their) diary schedule. I have tried on two devices (iPhone and iPad) with the same issue. My partner’s iPhone can still schedule appointments normally, with the scheduler correctly recording the future appointment.

I’ve tried rebooting the phone, checked my timezone, deleted and reinstalled the app… as the problem occurs on both my iPhone and iPad it seems to be an account issue? Any advice gratefully appreciated!

Hello it seems I may be in the minority of people who prefers to allow for the same time slot to be booked with multiple appointments. When you create a Booking Page in the "Availability" category, there is an option that says "Ignore Calendar Availability" which allows for events not booked through Zoom Scheduler to still show the time slot on the Booking Page as availability. I am looking for a feature or option that will allow me to still have that time slot open even if I book a meeting through Zoom Scheduler.

Hi there, can someone help me with Zoom invites?

I used to be able to put in the meeting details, my guests' emails would be stored and come up automatically. Then I used to be able to press 'save' and I would be taken to my google calendar where the meeting would be automatically added. I would then be prompted to 'send' the invitation to my guest. All done in a minute.

Now, I can only put in the details of the meeting. No emails are stored, so I have to look them up. There is no 'add to calendar' link: it just says 'calendar' but not 'add to calendar'. I click 'save' and it simply saves the details I recorded and does not take me to the calendar. I then have to go to the Zoom meeting and copy the details. Then I go into my mail inbox, compose a new email to my guest and paste the details of the meeting.

I have tried everything suggested online, but nothing works. Any idea as to how I can return to the first process.

Many thanks

I just found out that "No Fixed Time" recurring meetings are being discontinued.  This feature is essential to my business.  I know of many health professionals that use this feature as well.  We will all have to find a new platform other than zoom if this is discontinued.  Does anyone know of a timeline when this will be discontinued?

We've got a scenario where a teacher wants to create a One-to-One Zoom Scheduler booking page for a duration of a single day only.  However, Zoom Scheduler doesn't seem to allow you to select only one day when setting up a booking page.  If you do that and then try to proceed, it warns you "End date must be greater than start date."  If you try to only select one date it tells you "End date must be provided."  Am I missing something obvious here?  There are events that are one day only, especially in the education realm.

Hi there,

tearing my hair out as I try to book in some consultations with a team using @schduler.   .  Settings seem to have changed so that it is showing availability when I already have meetings booked. this is even though I have my outlook calendar linked (and meetings show in my Zoom calendar).

Also I can't book more than a week ahead and block out times that aren't available either.

Looking forward to your thoughts.   @SchedulerMaster
