Hi I am trying out Zoom Scheduler for free to see if it works for me. I have a Zoom calendar that aggregates all my calendars - gmail, iCloud, etc. Now that I have set up permissions for Zoom scheduler, I am not seeing any of my meetings in Zoom calendar. Meaning the scheduler is showing all my time slots are available when I have several meetings booked next week that I dont see. Please not all these are meetings that were booked before I installed Zoom Scheduler. Please advise! Thanks.

How do I remove a time from my Zoom schedule?

I have a non Zoom commitment at a time which normally would be available for clients to book. How do I remove it from my schedule? I tried the Date override and put the date and time on it but it doesn't seem to do anything. What am I doing wrong? Wh... Show more

Trying to understand how the calendar invitation works. We chose to use this option instead of email notification but the calendar invitation doesn't include the link to the zoom meeting. The Zoom link isn't even an option in the variable list.

On the Notifications tab, manage your notifications:

  • Under System Notifications, edit your system notification type:
    • Click the Select notification type dropdown, then select from the following options:
      • Send calendar invitation: After booking a schedule, an event will be created in your calendar and your invitee will be added as an attendee. After selecting this option, under Calendar Invitation, you can click Edit to edit the Calendar Event Invitation.

Unknown organizer

Any ideas why it says 'unknown organiser' under the zoom link...in the email that is sent to invitees? My profile is complete with company name and details, so not sure why it says 'unknown organiser'. I wish I could attach an image to show you. Any ... Show more

Different Availability for In-person Meetings during Remote Days

I’m trying to set up two booking pages: one for my remote days when only Zoom meetings are available and one for in-person days when both Zoom and in-person meetings are available. My Zoom Scheduler is connected to my Outlook. I tried creating all day appointment slots with “Show as” set to “Working Elsewhere” in Outlook. However, the days appear unavailable to both the in-person and remote schedulers.

 

I cannot create a custom availability schedule because my remote days alternate every two weeks, or can I? I suppose I would have to go back each week to change the availability, right?

 

So, my question is: is there a way to create a bi-weekly availability schedule or a way to designate remote and in-person days in Outlook so the Zoom scheduler does not offer in-person appointments for the remote days?

Multiple Meeting ID's or PMI's

I schedule meetings each week using my PMI with particular settings.

I need to be able to schedule a 2nd meeting with a different fixed ID for recurring meetings   and use different settings too. IS this possible? Thank you in advance.
