Available time slots are not appearing
Somehow my picked time slots on all Tuesdays are not appearing on my planning page. Also: can I re-open a time slot which I have been using for a test? The chatbot is not helpful.

My clients and I are BOTH receiving emails for cancelled appointments or for appointments that are rescheduled for different days/times but the reminder is for the ORIGINAL date/time. This is causing a lot of confusion with my clients and it looks VERY unprofessional for me. How can I fix this?

When I scheduled a meeting with a recipient in the old, old interface, the attendee was invited to put the meeting on their calendar. I also received an iCal appointment on mine. Then there was the option to send the iCal notice. Now the only appointment for me is on the Zoom calendar, and not on my regular calendar. I'm missing appointments by the boatload. I'm searching for a way to do it, but I can't find it. I'm seriously considering changing to Teams, which is an idea that I abhor, but Zoom is now screwing with my livelihood!

I have the application installed on my Windows 11 PC. When I schedule a meeting, Zoom states that the host is my Microsoft Work Account. I used to be able to use Office365 Outlook to schedule a meeting. This function is no longer available. I can only enter invitations by manually typing in the addressees. How do I switch Zoom from being associated with my Microsoft Work Account to being associated with my Microsoft Personal Account? I created my account using my email address and Microsoft Personal account.

Hello Zoom Community. Sorry if my question was asked already. I could not find the answer. My current set up is a set schedule every week on what times I am available for each day of the week. Zoom scheduler also looks at my Google Calendar to see what is open. So if I have something personally blocked off my Google calendar, it won't show up on the Zoom Scheduler availability for the users to book. My question is, how do I delete the availability on specific days within the month? For example, let's say my availability is 10am-8pm on Thursday, July 5th specific to client review meetings. How do I delete the availability on that specific Thursday but still have then 10am-8pm still be available for all other Thursdays? Right now I manually block off the time off my Google calendar. My set up is that I also have another Zoom availability for certain types of bookings I can still be available for on July 5th (example new client meeting). Is there a way to just remove the Thursday "client review meeting" availability on one booking page but still keep "new client meeting" availability on another booking page?

I just paid for Zoom scheduler after a free trial and linked a Microsoft 365 account calendar to it. Initially it seemed to work fine (during the free trial period) but now it is not updating my calendar at all. I have a meeting someone booked with me on Scheduler, and I received the email but no invitation and no calendar entry. I can't even save as a meeting, I have to recreate the event in my calendar and copy the entire message into it. This almost entirely defeats the purpose of paying for this product? I guess I can try removing and reconnecting the 365 integration, but Zoom says it is still connected. So frustrating to pay $100 for something that doesn't even work.

As a teacher, I use a scheduling system for my students to book lessons. Recently, I've encountered an issue where some students have been able to reschedule their lessons as late as one hour before the scheduled time. This has been problematic for me as an instructor. I'm looking for a way to implement a 24-hour minimum notice period for rescheduling. This means students would not be able to change their lesson time if less than 24 hours are remaining before the originally scheduled time. My questions are: Any advice or suggestions on addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
