What is Zoom Scheduler?

Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. Zoom scheduler integration with CRM

Calendly has a feature where a scheduled event can trigger an update in Hubspot for example.

https://calendly.com/integration/hubspot

Is something similar available in the Zoom scheduler? Salesforce, Hubspot, or even Zapier integration.

Is there a way we can accomplish that with zoom scheduler?

I don't necessarily want to show 10 separate booking pages for someone to choose from, if they are a business, I may just want to show three, so a ".../companies" custom url could show only those.

Since "Workplace" recurring meetings don't work as expected for me.

I created 2 one year recurring meetings (A and B) and sent the links to the different 2 groups of attendees.

If I open either meeting on the current meeting date, like today, 11/3/2024, there are no attendees.

When they use the link, it consistently opens on a previous occurrence.

I have to search for the OPEN meeting and JOIN.

Meeting A always opens the 9/23 instance,

Meeting B always opens the 10/21 instance.

I have tried changing the begin and end dates - that wiped out the schedule.

How to access Scheduler routing form responses

Hi: I want to test if Scheduler could be a good solution for this activity - or if there's a better way.

I will run six workshops in Zoom (scheduled via Outlook) next year. I want to send a communication to about 300 people from a range of organisations inviting them to sign up for any or all of these sessions. Probably be able to accommodate up to 200 people per session.

Is it possible to use Scheduler to have them sign up for the workshops, and get an invitation sent to them, AND have them added to our Outlook appointment attendees (so we know who they are)?

If so... how?!

If not, is there another product or feature that would enable this?

I'm new to Zoom Scheduler and am setting up a "One to Many" Booking page for our shared calendar in MS Outlook, which is managed by four team members. Here's the scenario: I'm using Zoom Scheduler to coordinate up to four Zoom appointments simultaneously. However, when I attempt to adjust a specific day to reflect that only three team members are available, I can’t modify the shared Outlook calendar to “divide” the day among the four people. Essentially, I need to mark one person as “busy” or “out of office” without restricting the other three from being booked. We’ve followed Microsoft’s guidance (see below) to prevent conflicts, but we’re still encountering the same limitation. Guidance from Microsoft: Microsoft suggests adjusting the shared calendar settings to allow multiple concurrent bookings. Steps include accessing the Exchange Admin Center, navigating to the relevant shared calendar, and enabling conflicting meeting requests to permit up to four overlapping bookings. However, even after following these steps, we’re unable to manage availability on an individual basis within the shared calendar. I’d appreciate any additional insights on how to configure either Zoom Scheduler or Outlook to achieve this, or if there’s another approach we could consider. Thank you in advance for any assistance! From Microsoft: To configure a Microsoft Outlook 365 shared calendar to allow multiple concurrent bookings, such as 4 meetings at the same time, you’ll need to adjust the settings for your shared calendar through Outlook or Exchange admin settings, particularly if you're managing it as a resource calendar. Here’s a step-by-step guide: Step 1: Access the Shared Calendar Settings Go to the Calendar in Outlook: Open Outlook and navigate to the Calendar section. Open Shared Calendar: Make sure you have access to the shared calendar you want to modify. If it’s a resource mailbox (like a room or shared equipment), you'll likely need admin permissions to adjust these settings. Step 2: Configure Resource Calendar Settings (For Resource Calendars) If the shared calendar is a resource calendar managed by your organization (like a meeting room or shared resource), you can configure it to accept overlapping bookings through Exchange Online: Sign into the Exchange Admin Center (EAC): Go to the Exchange Admin Center. Navigate to Recipients > Resources. Select the Shared Resource: Find the shared calendar (resource) you wish to modify and click on it. In the properties window, go to Booking options. Allow Conflicting Meeting Requests: Check the option to Allow conflicts so that the calendar can accept overlapping meeting requests. Specify the maximum number of conflicts allowed at the same time. You can set this to 4 (or more) as needed. Save Changes: Save your settings. This will allow multiple bookings for the shared calendar.

Scheduler not sending invitations to the booker

Does Scheduler not send the Zoom meeting invitation to the person booking the meeting?  I as the host get the meeting invitation, but my guess who booked through Schedule never received the meeting invitation or an email.

Hello,

I have a problem with creating booking page "Any Host Available".

I have added second host, but next to host's name there is yellow exclamation mark with the description: "Unable to access this calendar so attendees can't book this schedule". Contact the host to reauthorize the account or remove the host."

My invited host has synchronized and shared his calendar.

I have basic license with Zoom Scheduler. Same license has my invited host.

Can you help me?
