Since "Workplace" recurring meetings don't work as expected for me.
I created 2 one year recurring meetings (A and B) and sent the links to the different 2 groups of attendees.
If I open either meeting on the current meeting date, like today, 11/3/2024, there are no attendees.
When they use the link, it consistently opens on a previous occurrence.
I have to search for the OPEN meeting and JOIN.
Meeting A always opens the 9/23 instance,
Meeting B always opens the 10/21 instance.
I have tried changing the begin and end dates - that wiped out the schedule.

You could try recreating the recurring meetings and seeing if that solves. There is also a Zoom app, Salepager, specifically for scheduling recurring Zoom meetings and ensure attendees are able to join the correct occurrence.

Thanks for responding. I have recreated the meetings 2x - same result.
I would prefer not to use another app - I want Zoom to work correctly.
