My custiomers use my Zoom scheduler linls to book meetings with me. 

 

24 hours before the meeting the client and I will get an SMS and email reminder that the meeting is coming the next day.

 

However, if the meeting gets rescheduled to a later date, we still get the SMS/email reminder for the original date. This is misleading and creates confusion.

 

What is the correct sequence to reschedule a meeting booked with the scheduler?

Should the client go into the booking and use the reschedule button?

What if the client moves the meeting request in their calendar (outlook or Google) and alerts me? 

What if I update the meeting in the Zoom portal and change the date/time? Will that mean the SMS and email will follow the new appointment?

Downloadable Participants list who have scheduled

There needs to be a feature that allows me to see who has rescheduled a meeting with me through the scheduler. I shouldn't have to click on each individual meeting to see who has registered. It needs to be a downloadable report like the registrations... Show more

There needs to be a feature that allows me to see who has rescheduled a meeting with me through the scheduler.  I shouldn't have to click on each individual meeting to see who has registered. It needs to be a downloadable report like the registrations report that can be generated through the reports.

I am using scheduler in two different Licenced accounts. Until yesterday I was able to receive email when someone books a meeting through scheduler, same for upcoming ones. 

I have not changed anything in notifications settings (they are set as to send notifications to both me and the attendee). My schedulers are connected to gmail accounts. @Scheduler

Not showing availability during lunch hour

I set up a scheduling link for a 75 min meeting and for some reason, it doesn't want to give options over my 12p-1pm lunch hour just on one day. My google calendar doesn't have anything booked past 11:30am and my buffer for the 75 min meeting is only... Show more

I set up a scheduling link for a 75 min meeting and for some reason, it doesn't want to give options over my 12p-1pm lunch hour just on one day. My google calendar doesn't have anything booked past 11:30am and my buffer for the 75 min meeting is only 15 mins before and 15 mins after. The meeting that ends at 11:30am is a hold, so there is no buffer time. I don't understand why it isn't showing times at 12pm. I have it set to show in increments of 15 mins. This is only happening for one day. So strange!

Hey there,

 

We run event days where we network people together and so we have multiple meetings through out the day with a range of different hosts.

 

At the moment we have a scheduler who creates the room on each of the hosts, but as we have alot of meetings taking place during the day it is a long process as a room has to be created with the same settings multiple times with each host account.

 

Is there a quicker way do this, maybe like an import with the room details and host email, or any alternative way that will quicken up the process?

 

Love to hear some idea.

Zoom Scheduler is saying that my email is unrecognizable and not authorized but I have been using it for weeks. I’ve been trying to reset it for a while and it’s not saving my changes. Additionally, I received an email from a candidate saying that the booking link starts to load and just spins and then says ‘unable to load link.’ I do not know if these things are related.

I just started using Zoom Scheduler.  I send SMS confirmations and reminders via SMS to all that have booked with me.  I book for them and about half the time clients prefer Phone over Zoom.  I created a Bookable Schedule for Phone only.  The issue I have is regardless of what is being book at the beginning of all SMS is the following:

I would like to have that NOT show up.  Even though the SMS clearly explains it is a phone appoitment, I just want to reduce any confusion.

I am using Zoom Scheduler and it's not generating a zoom meeting link when people book times with me.  Zoom scheduler books the time, adds it to my Outlook calendar, and sends a confirmation email to the person but there is NO ZOOM LINK and there is no Zoom meeting created in my account. 

 

Troubleshooting:

  • I am a licensed Zoom One Pro user with Zoom Scheduler enabled
  • YES I chose "Zoom Meeting" under "Video Conferencing" when setting up the booking schedule 
  • YES I read the Zoom Scheduler FAQs and watched the videos

Please help, we paid for this service and it's not working. Thank you.
