I schedule meetings on my employer's Google Calendar. Whenever I try to schedule a Zoom call, showing him as the host, he cannot join unless I start the meeting. How on earth can I fix this so that I can schedule without having to open the meeting myself??

Hey, I am sure there is a way to make my life easier through using this application. I am in an administrative position and want to get the best productivity I can in this platform. I can usually figure things out, but I am experiencing some issues with Zoom Mail for Google. I have watched videos and You Tube and something still isn't right. Maybe someone well rounded here can point me to the way of saving myself some time and aggravation. I lead three groups weekly all about 6-8 people and it was a hassle doing each individual Zoom link by text and email. Well I learned how to group the contacts in Google so I can send each group all their needed information. Now I need to know how the meeting notification are sent out. Is there automation available for that where I can schedule it to automatically be sent out at a certain time. Is that in Zoom or another app? I just want a smoother workflow, to make my life easier. Do the contacts of the people in the groups need to be added in Zoom? Does that have to be done one by one? Any advice will be a blessing! Oh and AI features and sharing in Zoom. I have been preparing Google Slides thus far for the lesson plans. Is there a way to do that in Zoom? What is the whiteboard for? My sharing slows down when I open these things in Zoom. I thought I needed more computer memory, but it's been added, and it is still slow. If I have a book, I teach out of can that book be put in Zoom for sharing so it doesn't cause the delay. It gives an error message that says low resources. I want to know if I need the scheduling added before I ask my boss if that's what I need, I am not letting anyone pick a time to meet - I just want to send them or know if there is automation.

Hi all, I was wondering if my clients can choose and book multiple appointments when selecting a time slot. Or perhaps automatically book recurring events with termination by date or number of appointments. I am selling 8/10/12-session packages and It is very tedious for clients to book 8/10/12 appointments by themselves one by one. Alternatively, I am creating recurring appointments for each of my clients but this is very time consuming to repeat this for every single clients. Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch 😄

I wanted to add webinars for 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. From the scheduling, you can only add either 2nd Thursday OR 4th Thursday, can't do both. I don't want to create two separate Zoom ID for the same meeting. Any suggestions?
I use Calendly now and basically would prefer to jump ship entirely to Zoom to add more value to our Zoom accounts but one thing in Zoom Scheduler for Team Schedules is a severe lack of Notification options. Basically the only notification options are calendar or email notification at the point of the meeting being placed. Is there plans to add in robust Notifications like for Individual schedules for Team Schedules? Basically would want to remind the attendee(s) like 1 hour prior to the meeting via email etc. Thanks!

I recently switched from Calendly to Zoom Scheduler. I really LOVE how on Calendly I can include my Company logo. I can't seem to find how to included my logo so when the customer receives the text they see our LOGO on the text instead of the very LOOOOONGGGGG URL. I am a small business - by the way - and branding goes a very long way with our prospects and customers. I switched because I wanted to streamline all the Apps I'm using for the business. It just makes sense.

I added the incorrect dates to a recurring Zoom meeting. I updated the dates, but it doesn't appear that it updated the dates for the participants who already had registered. Is there a way I can inform the registered participants that it's this new date? Some of the participants have already added it to their calendars. What's the best way to approach this?
