Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. Hi! Can I make it so that each of my schedules in the Zoom Scheduler checks a different calendar for conflicts? For example, I want one schedule to check my just personal calendar for conflicts, and another to check my work calendar AND my personal calendar for conflicts. The way I see it now, the calendars you select for conflicts will be applied to all the schedules you have created. Thanks!

I'm in EDT and my recipients are in EDT, CDT, and Arizona, which is Mountain time and has no daylight savings time. How do I indicate the correct time for each generated email?
Is it possible to schedule a meeting that is as long as 720hours? I want invitees to be able to come and go in that period of time, without a moderator.
Is this possible? Thanks!
I would like to know if there is a way to request information from someone that books a meeting with you that they need to add to their details at the time of booking - so I have an idea of who they are and their account info please?
First of all, the USER experience of scheduling was changed without real notice that it had been changed. Second, it no longer offers me a choice of scheduling a meeting in iCal, which is a requirement for me--my non-profit is Mac based and we use the Apple Calendar app, not Google, Outlook, or whatever else you offered. I could go backward and use the old version, which I did. Thank you for that. I hope you will allow iCal scheduling going forward, as the others are useless for me, a head of a small non-profit. My next problem relates to POOR CUSTOMER experience. I tried using the chatbot, and it pretty much couldn't understand anything I was asking--I was looking for a way to provide feedback on the new interface, assuming that Zoom would like it. I spent my entire technical career working in UX and then in CX, and I feel like Zoom may be relying too much on engineers to do experience design--do better at understanding your customers, and acting like you care. Thanks.

I have set up a one-to-many schedule in Zoom Scheduler. Availability Mon-Fri for proper hours, settings all look correct no min/max time before booking. When open the link, displays Tues- Fri properly but continues to show "no availability" on Monday of that week. There are 20 slots open, noting pending or currently scheduled. I even deleted and started over with a new link and doing the same. Please help! Thank you

The Scheduler plugin is now defaulting to Telephone only. I've changed the settings on zoom site settings and still the plugin defaults to telephone when scheduling a meeting. Anyone else with this issue?
Hi, My iPhone Zoom app is seeing my 'external' Apple Contacts, but on my Zoom desktop on Macbook Pro it is not seeing my Apple Contacts. I cannot figure out why Zoom is not seeing my Apple Contacts on Macbook Pro. Anyone having this problem? Thanks!

We are running into a problem using scheduler. Many staff want to offer very specific times for a potential meeting, even times that they may currently have a competing appointment. In these cases they are willing to re-schedule the other meeting if they had enough votes.
Is there an option or way that anyone has found to allow users to have the Polls ignore availability? I can't see or find an option that would work to make this happen.
Part two, is there an option to allow a time to be picked if just one of the hosts is available? It seems to require that ALL hosts are available before it will allow us to pick a time in the poll.
