Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. I begin by apologizing for using the "Scheduler" location for this post because the issue I wish to raise does not fit neatly into any of the listed Locations. Specifically, I wanted to submit general feedback and Zoom does not provide a simple way for doing this. I had previously posted my disappointment with the decision to remove the ability to schedule recurrent , but undated, meetings from the Zoom app. Since then I have noticed that others share the disappointment. What I have not seen is any explanation from Zoom as to why this was done and whether any effort will be directed at addressing the matter. Providing a substantive response to my issue, as well as those posted by others, may take time but it also reflects respect for your users and clients, expecially after they have taken the time to post an issue. Respectfully,

I am making a series of meetings for my school. This link will be shared on social media so that people can register for whichever date they would like. However, my colleague and I are alternating each week. The day before the meeting, we send a reminder to the people that registered for the following day. We are trying to not have two links with different dates on each. We want to have a single unified meeting link that can be easily shared on communication to prospective students!
If I create a recurring meeting with all of the dates, including the ones for meetings my colleague will host, can she go in and see the participants and send them a reminder?

We are utilizing Zoom Rooms and Tap Schedulers. One thing that I haven't been able to find is how to get the tap scheduler to display the meeting name on the device instead of only who the creator of the meeting is. It's nice to see if a room is Available or Busy but people wouldn't necessarily know what room to go into since it appears we can only get the tap scheduler to show the creator of the meeting. I'm just curious if this is possible, or if it's something that could be added in a future update to Zoom Rooms for Tap Schedulers.

Hello A number of my customers don't turn up for zoom meetings. They all point out the same issue When Zoom sends an invite, they click accept but this meeting does not automatically appear in their calendar. They need to manually download the invite from the Zoom email. Why does it not automatically add to their calendar, like all the other providers do?

Can you schedule a meeting from your office desk top for sometime in the future and host that meeting at a different location from a different computer and IP address?
Hi! Can I make it so that each of my schedules in the Zoom Scheduler checks a different calendar for conflicts? For example, I want one schedule to check my just personal calendar for conflicts, and another to check my work calendar AND my personal calendar for conflicts. The way I see it now, the calendars you select for conflicts will be applied to all the schedules you have created. Thanks!

I'm in EDT and my recipients are in EDT, CDT, and Arizona, which is Mountain time and has no daylight savings time. How do I indicate the correct time for each generated email?
Is it possible to schedule a meeting that is as long as 720hours? I want invitees to be able to come and go in that period of time, without a moderator.
Is this possible? Thanks!
I would like to know if there is a way to request information from someone that books a meeting with you that they need to add to their details at the time of booking - so I have an idea of who they are and their account info please?
